I've been using these folks for over 4 decades for both my office and my home. I'm in the insurance business. Needless to say, after Sandy hit our office, we were shut down and unable to help our clients with their claims. Aggressive sent a team out immediately. Our office was up and running in no time. I will never forget them. Since then, I have had no issues what so ever with their service. I highly recommend them.
I called Aggressive Mechanical because I had a gas leak. Due to a prior plumber who did the job incorrectly. I called spoke with Colin and explained the situation, he was very sweet and sent Jim out to see what the issue was! Jim was very pleasant had everything on hand to fix the issue, and did a wonderful job! I can not express my gratitude for the sincere and professionalism for Aggressive Mechanical! Also called to express my gratitude and spoke with John, another great person with a sweet demeanor! They are a wonderful company to call!!
We had our furnace and a/c unit replaced by Aggressive Mechanical in Jan 2024. This company was so honest, fair priced, and just a pleasure to deal with. Everything promised was delivered and more. John Ruggiero came out to our home and was such a great guy to deal with. The scheduling department was easy to deal with and was extremely customer focused. Our installers were very polite and were truly dedicated to providing the best customer experience possible. We recommend you to all our neighbors, friends and family. They are top-notch! They responded to my call for service that day and had someone here the next day to assess what could be done and that afternoon we had an estimate and a contract to sign. The order was put in and the day after the parts came in they installed our air conditioning system. I don't think it could have gone more smoothly! This is the second system they replaced and both times they were terrific!
I hired Aggressive Mechanical Contractors Inc. to install a new heating and cooling system. John who came and gave me an estimate was very knowledgeable and didn’t presser me into buying from this company. I got three estimates and I felt the most comfortable with this company. I cleaned all the areas where they would be working. They covered anything that needed to be covered, took all the old equipment away and made sure it was left clean like I had left it for them. The crew was very professional and they did an excellent job. I got my paid receipt emailed right after the service was done and the warranty was mailed to me a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend them.
Aggressive is the most professional company we have ever used. The estimate was exceptionally thorough and the technician who prepared it made sure that we would get the right unit for our home with the features that were important for us. We got estimates from other companies and the unit they recommended would have been completely wrong. The permit process was organized and the air conditioning system was installed on-time and perfectly. There were no surprises and the installers were super careful with our house.
The town inspector was impressed with the very high quality of their work.

Aggressive came out to help with my AC over the summer during a heat wave and tried replacing the capacitor but said it did not work. In fact, the second AC unit stopped working too. Said I needed a completely new system and gave me a quote for over $18,000. We suffered through three days of 100 degree weather with no AC (while my husband was sick with COVID) Had a guy come out for a second opinion and they said the last guy just forgot to flip the breaker back on after replacing capacitor. The company refused to give me any kind refund on the $360 bill and was unbelievably rude to me when I explained the situation. This company always had a good reputation, not sure if they changed ownership or this was a series of one-off issues, but I cannot recommend them less.
These guys were absolutely amazing! They were on-time, responsive and knew what they were talking about. Not only did they repair and install a new furnace and ac unit but they took the time to FIX what other companies messed up on. They handled almost everything on the backend and made it so i did no extra work. These guys really went the extra mile and would highly recommend them to anyone!
