Do not do business with Affirm Affirm is a terrible company. I will no longer use their services nor will I do business with any company that offers Affirm's services. Their customer service is awful, policies are ridiculous, and I am firing them. Never again will I be involved with such a joke of a "finance" company.

Not trustworthy. They approved a loan that I did not make, then gave me the order number for a previous order.Customer service refused to correct it. So now I have to pay two loans for the same order.Thieves.

Somehow theyve been able to force-withdraw money from my EMPTY account, which makes me overdrawn & then the bank charges me penalties for. How are they allowed to do that??

Ive been trying to update my account with this company for a couple of months, but the process has been extremely frustrating. The language barrier during communications makes it nearly impossible to resolve issues effectively. It feels like the representatives are often out of the country, which adds to the difficulty.The account update process is outdated and inefficientit definitely needs improvement. I hope the company takes steps to make customer support more accessible and responsive.

I'm very disappointed with AFFIRM because I sent products back to *********** called Whatnatiralslove but they didn't help me get a refund for what I returned to them like they said they would. My refund should have gotten me approximately $170.00. AFFIRM wanted me to continue paying this company even tho they never refunded me. They even signed for the merchandise I sent back to them. I was looking to purchase a mattress online, taking advantage if a sales event, with Affirm's advertised 0% interest for 24 months. This is a ************** As I went through the checkout process Affirm gave me the choice of 3 different financing options, none of which had 0% interest, All of which ate up any savings i had from the sale. None stated what the interest rate was. So, I called the **************** to find out what the deal was. They told me that it was common for Affirm to change the terms of a loan offer if the loan value went over a certain amount. I understand income and credit scores, etc. will affect a loan. This isn't a factor, I have excellent credit and never have been turned down for a 0% loan. This is just pure greed and deception. I had no idea Affirm was such a bad company. Should have read reviews. I will never do business with them.

Zero stars If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service lied repeatedly to me. Approved me for a loan and then said I needed to erase and redo the process because the card they gave me to use kept getting denied. Then when I did so it denied me for the loan. This was all within a hours time. I have almost a 800 credit score and haven’t missed any payments in over 10 years. Which was one late payment. They are scammers and a horrible company.

Nightmare, avoid at all costs As soon as you start a loan the problems start. Loans not linked to payments. Appears they want you to lose track of what you're paying for. Contacting them is useless and almost impossible.

Cannot even give them one star because of what I have been put thru. I have used Affirm for several years. About two months ago my account was hacked and someone used it to purchase something. I reported it and they placed my account on lockdown and tole me that i could not use the account until it was resolved, not even to make payments. I started receiving threatening messages about not paying on my account on my phone and email account. I have repearedly called their terrible customer service line only to be told in very hard broken Engllish that they cannot discuss my account with them and not to worry about payment. It is my account, my personal information, and I should certainly be able to talk to them and make payments. Now I am being threatened with my account to be placed with a credit agency, but they will not let me pay the bill. I am posting this everywhere I can and am obtaining a lawyer to sue them for threatening me. I also had to discuss this matter over and over again with ignorant, stupid people who speak very broken Englilsh who read from script and tell me that they cannot discuss my account with me. Also, I am told and I quote "no worries" about not paying my bill. I have called them at least ten times. I will definitely see that people know how terrible customer service is and how corrupt the system is. I am sure that I will nev Er hear from them in reference to this,. Oh, just found out that I have to give them a Star in order to put this message thru to them. They should not receive a star.

AFFIRM ,is misrepresenting what they are. I have used them for past 1.5 years. Never missed a payment, paid off items in advance, etc. Found they had reported only one purchase, as paid of and nothing more. Over 4K in total l9ads, never late, pa8s off in advance.ALL OF A SUDDEN they shut down my purchasing power. Stated credit rating, ah nope score higher then it was initially. Then I figured it out apparently when you pay off early, that costs them the interest fees, so you don't pay their high rates, so bang they don't want you and stop your lending. Stay clear.

I went on a website that took affirm and got scammed and affirm won't help me at all they email me and call me and say I'm responsible for the loan. Sounds to me affirm is working with scammer websites be careful they got me for $800

at first i did not have a problem with them but have had 2 desputes with them. one was for a floor scubber that never came. i put a claim in and they made me pay for it anyway i have canceled a 999 loan and did not used it it was for a motel room that i canceled. for 4 days they said i had not proved that i didnt use the room and just now they have cleaned out my savings account. i dont even know how they got into it. do not use them if you can not help

I bought an order through affirm on *******. My loan was approved and everything was added up on their end. I was left with a $1.54 balance unpaid. Affirm refuses to add $1.54 to the loan and ******* will not allow split payments. The only option they give is to cancel the entire order. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was basically told it was my fault for putting in the wrong loan amount when all of that is done on their end and I have to control to even change the number or amount.

******** customer service resolution. I applied for a loan on Dec 27th and pay the deposit they asked me for and till now "it is processing". I have been calling the merchant and affirm customer service everyday to get my money back and cancel the purchase and they keep saying it is processing and waiting for ******** response. On the affirm website it says it could take a couple business days and has been already weeks so why they do not connect with the other part or just instruct me better to solve this problem? I am extremely disappointed and tired of constantly calling to ask them to refund me. I am tired of calling and they asking me to call the merchant and the merchant telling me they do not know what to do in my case. Please, do not trust on affirm.

Customer support is awful. Do not trust these people. You will not get a fair dispute process. I have never lost a dispute with legitimate companies. These crooks will not give you a fair dispute process from the far away lands they reside in. English is not a common language for the multiple foriegn accent agent I tried to deal with. You might understand every fifth word after spending 45 minutes in a robot answered portal. Avoid Affirm.. 30% interest rates on 720 plus credit. Huge mistake and they provide zero customer support. Never again.

They refuse to listen, only repeating back unrelated canned verbiage. No help at all. I recently used Affirm to purchase a new home office chair. I've been using Affirm for several years, and have never had any issues with the payment information I set up over 8 years ago. I recently contacted them to notify them of an issue with their system when repeated attempts to make payments continuously failed. I even talked to my bank, who confirmed there are no issues with my account and nothing blocking my payments on their end. Their conclusion: The merchant is experiencing issues. I was running into issues which were resulting in 5xx errors, (I did not manually enter any of the information myself, only confirmed information provided by their on-screen options.) and my payments were disappearing completely from their system within 24 hours. I ended up calling 4x, and not once did I receive any reassurance that information would be escalated to their tech teams to notify them of a potential problem. As they say, you can't help someone who refuses to accept something is wrong to begin with.

I did a 12 month loan, to buy a gift I didnt want my partner to see till he got it. The total loan was *******. I returned one of the items and the company refunded the credit on Dec 10 to affirm. They never applied the credit so i had to call them on Dec 24th to have the credit applied, so the new balance was brought down to ******. Of that I made a ****** payment on ***** and another ****** payment on *****. So now my new balance ALL in the same month is 339.**. So they sent notice that I was ***** late. They refused to remove the late notice even though iv paid 1/3 of the balance off and they also shortened my contract terms that I was not advised of and they informed me my payment would be 246.** then in March it would be ********* can you change the terms of an agreement without advising and then expect them to pay the original monthly amount without adjusting off of the credit that was applied?! This company is horrible with customer service when I spoke to **** a supervisor he was far from helpful and smug with his approach and he couldnt grasp the concept when a refund is applied you NO longer owe that money so the payments should be adjusted to the new balance due.

This is an absolute joke! You have to plan a purchase in advance to use the Affirm card. Then it takes you thru multiple steps to even buy gas at a gas station. What's the point in having an account with already approved limits. I'll be sending this P.O.S. back.
