I'm absolutely delighted with the Solar PV system supplied and installed by AEI in Feb. and have no hesitation in recommending AEI to anyone else considering getting one. I chose to go with AEI not only for their competitive price but also because they have a good track record, providing a professional, effective and prompt service when needed, as the supplier of a Solar Water heating system I got 13 years ago. Gavin, the Technical Sales rep, has all the knowledge that was required to right size an appropriate system for my home. I appreciated his candid advice when tempted to add in costly options which didn't make sense from a cost/benefit perspective. Every day, when I look at the Solar PV App, it makes me smile knowing that both my pocket and the environment are benefitting. In summary, AEI are a company you can trust to deliver a quality solution at a competitive price and to provide the in-life support as needed.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Lots of good clear information shared at the beginning of the process. Called me when they said they would. Good competitive pricing. Kept in touch during the waiting period. Came when they said they would. Roof work was quick and efficient. Commissioning was professional and all questions were answered as we went along. Called me after a few days to ensure that everything was in orde - which it was. All in all a very good experience.

Very positive experience dealing with AEI on recent installation of solar panels on our house. Tidy and respectful crew. Worked in a very business like manner. Arrived on time and job completed to satisfaction

Installation experience was excellent, the guys turned up promptly, explained everything and were polite and courteous. They did a really tidy job in great time and left the place clean!
Presales experience was professional, no hard sell with plenty of good guidance and advise.
