My car's AC wasn't cold enough. They checked that the recommended gas volume and correct spec was in the car. This was correct. They checked for leaks in the AC system. There was no leaks. They checked that the compressor was working fine. It was ok. It turned out that the recommended volume of gas from Range Rover was wrong which their Land Rover technician confirmed happens on some cars since 2016. They topped it up and hey presto AC was cool as you like. They charged me £120 which was very reasonable. They were very honest, transparent and knowledgeable. I can fully recommend them for your Servicing, Repairs, MOT, Diagnostics and the like.

They are the best!!! I use them fro December 2014. Bought brand new vehicle with the warranty 2 years ago,but can’t go anymore with the Citroen Dealership and last week just come back to Advance. MOT Class 4 - FULL SERVICE From the start to finish, Advanced Service Centre provided me with superb excellent customer service, very friendly & so polite team. I have been looking for a local garage near me & I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the excellent MOT work throughout. My car was also cleaned. Their honesty & efficiency is highly appreciated & would recommend without a doubt! They are dead on time & very helpful! Special mention to Terry, Louis, Charlie, & the two gentlemen who returned my car at work. They are the only garage who provides their customers to take you home or work provided you live locally of course & if you can’t take your car to their garage due to work commitments, they are happy to collect & drop your vehicle back. Hi Mr Sandor we are sorry to hear you was not happy after your visit yesterday.

After speaking with the service advisor and the technician that worked on your vehicle I have a clear understanding of the situation. Your car was booked in to have brake pads changed but you drove it to us with a grinding noise which clearly indicated that metal was rubbing against metal. This was not communicated to the team upon arrival.

When the technician removed your wheels in preparation to carry out the brake pad change he identified that one brake caliper was seized on the front brake discs were damaged because the brake pads had worn through the braking material and rubbing metal against the brake discs. The technician also identified a brake hose that was perished and should be replaced at the same time.

A ruthless garage would have changed the pads and maybe/maybe not told you about all the other brake defects but here at Advanced Service Centre we prioritise customer service and customer safety over profits.

After we finished inspecting the poor brakes we put both front wheels back on and gave you an estimate to carry out the repair work. You were presented with a small bill to cover the time our technician spent which is lower than the initial quoted cost to change the brake pads.

I understand that bad news and a larger than expected repair estimate are unwelcome but I believe your reaction to this and public outburst on google is an unfair to Advanced Service Centre.

On a positive note, we are still willing to work with you to resolve your brake problems and welcome a phone call or visit so we can clear up any mis-understandings that may have arisen.

I have BMW 3 series m sport one of my neighbour recommended Advanced service center for any mechanical work for BMW. I went to get my brake fluid service done from this place and have had very good experience I spoke to Joey and booked appointment for today. When I visited I was been greeted very professionally and been amazing customer service by Charlie who was on reception. Also had good conversation with Brad one of their technician whom I know before as well. Absolutely fantastic experience and will definitely recommend to anyone who has any mechanical problems with their car. Another thing lot of garages does carry out work on car but don't explain very well but this place absolutely amazing will explain and also let u know about what works been done. Thanx Advanced service centre whole team had good communication and work as one team special thanx to Joey, Charlie and Brad. Although I never get chance to see Joey just spoke to him over the phone but overall experience was great and definitely will see him again in future regarding any issue with my car. Parmit Batra

The best mechanics in Thurrock; very good customer service and they always take time to explain which repairs are needed or not and why.
