☹Ingen aircondition i soveværelserne. Boligen ligger oppe på 1. sal under taget så der var ulideligt varmt og airconditionen i gangen kunne ikke køle værelserne ned, måske årsagen til at vinduerne var åbne. Boligen ligger i særdeles kedelige omgivelser, vi kunne ikke se havet og med pæn afstand til stranden hvor leje af slidte solstole var rimelig dyre. Vi følte os ikke godt tilpas det pågældende sted.
Grundet dette samt andre uoverensstemmelser blev vi i fællesskab enig om at forlade boligen før tid, og vi blevet lovet mundtlig og skriftlig at vi ville få refunderet vores penge, men dette er ikke blevet indfriet, a dream stay not at all.

Very expensive city that takes great advantage of tourist traffic to hike prices of very basic services

☹ Too far from most places as not ideal for elderly couple one of whom has a heart condition. Need to be very careful using hot water as the temperature is bordering on scalding.
Not able to use oven or gas hob ; advised owner but nothing done to rectify it.

☺ Spacious air conditioned apartment and facilities with a relaxing outdoor area. An amazing host who went out of her way to ensure our stay was amazing and any support we needed was available.
Supermarket across the road and restaurants / bars - beaches within easy walking distance.
Away from the bustle of tourists - a beautiful relaxing apartment.

☺ Sparkly clean, a nice backyard, quiet and cozy, very nice apartment and nice host. To get to the city center you have a bus that is 5 min away from the location or take a bolt/uber and in 15 min you get there. Absolutely loved everything about the property, you had everything we needed.

☺ The host was very friendly and allways willing to help. Everything veryvery clean and if you needed something you just had to ask. Very quiet setting and good transport to the city. Nice looking appartment with quiet and beautifull garden.

☺ The apartments are clean tidy and well located to the beaches bars and restaurants. The family which own the apartments are really friendly and helpful on the night of our arrival they sat down with us and explained all the local places to visit and even marked it all out on a map for us which was a great help to us as it was our first time to visit dubrovnik. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great place, lots of amenities, and very friendly and helpful staff.
☺ The apartment itself was great, especially if you want to spend some time in your hotel or maybe the near-by beaches and restaurants. The near-by beaches are good, and there are some very convenient markets within walking distance. We got pizza and ate on the balcony overlooking the water and it was magical. We also had access to laundry in our unit which was a life saver.
☹ If you want to travel into town, that's a little more complicated. Our host explained it to us, but even so, when we got to the bus stop, we weren't sure of where to go. It actually took a few trips to really get the hang of it.
