Absolutely awful first experience with this business — and I’m glad I avoided going further.
After booking an initial call through the provided calendar link, I received no call at the scheduled time (3:30 PM). When I reached out to say my time had been wasted, this was the response I got:
Here’s part of the reply:
“Yeah, I did email you asking who you were and if you had actually scheduled this appointment and had no response.”
“No problem, like I say I’ve no idea who you are, we’ve not exchanged any kind of email communication prior and you just randomly scheduled a call with me, of which I have no information or context to prepare for, or what it’s about.”
If context is required before a call, that should be clearly stated during the booking process. Clearer communication and professionalism would have avoided this situation entirely.
The website itself is just a bare landing page, which now feels fitting — there’s nothing of value here.

As you have stated, you did not provide any context of who you are, why you have scheduled a call or anything, hence my follow-up email last week asking you to clarify if, indeed, you did make this booking and to establish if this was genuine. You did not respond, therefore I was left with no alternative but to assume you were using the booking system for something other than what is is meant for.
I'm not in the habit of simply calling a random number that I have no information on or as to what it regards.
