Took my truck in for service in a OK shaped, it drove good, it had its details but it was till okay.
Took it the first time and they didn’t listen to me after telling them what was the problem they chose to guess what parts it was wrong, clearly after telling them what was wrong.
Took it home, they said the truck was good to go, drove it home and it shut off on me in the middle of street, truck stared to loose power. Took it back the second time spoke with the manager in charge and felt discriminated, wasn’t taken seriously at all not exaggerating dropped it off on Monday kept calling they were not giving me answers at all kept avoiding me until Thursday after reaching them for a minute,
Now the truck is not in a good condition at all ! Having to sell the truck after spending 4K on fixing them literally, have proof in video just google won’t let me post it, DONT get me wrong it’s a good shop but don’t know what happened this time so disappointed
