Took my truck in for service in a OK shaped, it drove good, it had its details but it was till okay. Took it the first time and they didn’t listen to me after telling them what was the problem they chose to guess what parts it was wrong, clearly after telling them what was wrong. Took it home, they said the truck was good to go, drove it home and it shut off on me in the middle of street, truck stared to loose power. Took it back the second time spoke with the manager in charge and felt discriminated, wasn’t taken seriously at all not exaggerating dropped it off on Monday kept calling they were not giving me answers at all kept avoiding me until Thursday after reaching them for a minute, Now the truck is not in a good condition at all ! Having to sell the truck after spending 4K on fixing them literally, have proof in video just google won’t let me post it, DONT get me wrong it’s a good shop but don’t know what happened this time so disappointed

Dishonest and trying push you into something that doesn't need to be fixed they show you by letting you see things that do not need to be fixed even went for a state inspection only not for them to look at other things only use a certified dealership even tried to get me to bleed the brakes when a volkswagen tiguan with less than 100k miles this place is a joke

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Adams Automotive! Everyone was very kind and friendly, my car was reviewed thoroughly and all issues were explained to me so that I could understand them, and they worked with me to figure out which issues I needed to address and which I could postpone so I could stay within my budget but still have my car safe and ready for the road. I will definitely be coming back for all car maintenance in the future!

This renamed automotive service and repair shop is plenty good. They now have better looking blue and yellow building colors, remodeled the inside lobby to make it both bigger and have more comfortable waiting chairs than before, and move the payment counter to the south right side of the building so far, for my old vehicle, 2010 Ford focus, they successfully replaced it’s coolant fan, fixed a few important oil leaks, counting the valve cover gasket, engine oil dipstick, and replaced all the front right hand parts from a right curb swipe. For my newer vehicle, 2020 Toyota Corolla, the first had the vehicle and it barely made it up there in terms of its power because the transmission was going out since it is shifted fine and smooth all the time again. Next, I brought the vehicle, knowing the rear brakes were about out, and then the rear shocks were replaced at the same time not much under 100,000 miles. Then, I brought the vehicle when the right sideview mirror hit a well loaded trashcan, and it was dangling by the cord for a bit. They replaced it with a repainted to match the white vehicle. Then they replaced the front-end parts, counting the lower control arms, CV axles, and front struts with mounts. Then, with at least half as many major repairs as last year, in 2026, they also successfully replaced my vehicles motor mounts, fixed a valve cover gasket leak, replaced both air filters, did the 2nd transmission service just a few thousand miles early with my permission, and the first two fixed the abnormal, rough, idling I had going on at about all stops, even if only when in drive. Also have 3 year or 36,000-mile warranty or better than a lot of the competing local places now. POSSIBLE WARRANTY WORK HERE only consists of the bit jittering headlights over bumpier roads, the driver's side low beam is still making an abnormal shadow right out in front of the vehicle where the light's supposed to be, unlike the right one. Thank you for addressing this and also possibly re-installing my splash shield.

If there were a way to give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Let me start by saying not all businesses are created equal, and Adams proved that today by going above and beyond. I’m in town for my son’s basketball tournament and unfortunately ended up with a nail in my tire. I first stopped at Firestone since it was the closest location, but they told me it would cost $22 and take about three hours. Needless to say, I left. Thankfully, I called Adams, and they answered right away and were more than happy to help. Not only did they take care of me quickly, but this was also the cleanest and nicest tire shop I’ve ever seen. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Just wanted to take a moment to genuinely appreciate a business that still knows how to treat people the right way. Highly recommend!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check engine noise. Luis at the front said it’d be about 2 hours—dropped off at 12:40, so I expected 2:40. Instead, it was nearly 4:40—almost 5 hours total. When I showed up, they had barely finished the oil change felt like my car was forgotten. Twice, I asked them to check the engine noise, and both times Luis smirked like “yeah, yeah, we got it. They never did.!!!!!!! After waiting for almost 5 hours I had also already brought my truck there before and had a bad experience that time too, but we ended up hashing it out, so I gave the place another chance. Now after this experience, honestly makes me wonder if that’s why they did me dirty again. I’m not a problematic guy at all, which is why this whole thing blows my mind. People are literally paying for a service, and somehow they still can’t get simple things right or communicate properly. I appreciate they comped the oil change, but I never asked for charity. I expected good service because I was ready to pay top dollar this place isn’t cheap. Instead, I got a lousy, dismissive experience. I won’t be coming back. I don’t recommend this place at all! Please avoid at all cost.!! Since they don’t let me reply!! I appreciate the response, but honestly, there isn’t much to investigate. The issues are pretty straightforward. I was told 2 hours and ended up waiting nearly 5. I had to call for updates. I was told the tire lock key couldn’t be found, yet I found it myself in less than 5 minutes. Most importantly, the engine noise I specifically asked about multiple times was never checked. To me, this points to a bigger issue: a lack of communication, accountability, and employees who simply don’t seem to care about the customer’s concerns. This was my second negative experience at this location. We worked through the first one, so I gave the shop another chance. Unfortunately, this visit left me even more disappointed. I’m not a difficult customer, and I don’t normally leave reviews. It just blows my mind that someone can pay premium prices for service and still have their main concern completely ignored.

My tires were low and I assumed this would get taken care of with the oil change and the supposed multi point inspection. Nope. Anyway, I didn't bother asking him about. It's a simple thing but it is the small things that matter. Won't be back.
