I was pretty darn impressed with my experience with Actalent during my recent job search and subsequent hiring by one of their clients. Jessica Colbert was in constant communication with me and their client to bridge the gap between their requirement and my skill set. Alison Simboli was such a HUGE help during my interview and hiring process! She was always available whenever I had questions and got back to me quickly every time I reached out. I had a really great experience with Actalent. I worked with Nate Mensah and Joe Margareci who helped find me a role that met all of my criteria. They were super supportive, knowledgeable, and available every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with them as the job hunt can be really daunting and complicated. Experience is heavily dependent on the recruiter you get. Natalie Burns was good, but Ema Harito is extremely difficult to reach. Took her 2 months (yes, 2 months) to return a phone call. Also there's no paid time off.

I've interacted with a couple recruiting companies in the stem field and Actalent is the only one that has been responsive and on time in every aspect. I used to work with Weston Coogan, who doesn't work there anymore, and he was always communicative. I now work with Alison Simboli who is somehow even better. Truly don't have a single negative thing to say about the people I have interacted with. I don't love being a contract worker, but if I'm going to be on contract, I'm glad it's with Actalent (wow that sounds corny)

My experience working with Actalent have been overwhelmingly positive. As an international student, the job seeking process can be challenging but Alison and Jeremy were highly informative and supportive throughout the whole journey.
Even when my Job start date had to be pushed back, due to a delay in my Employment Authorization Documents, Alison constantly checks in and assisted me in getting the situation sorted out.
