Rude response on phone to both my husband and myself as senior.citizens Would have used as the son seemed v pleasant and professional. However, the quote did not arrive on my husband’s phone: may be our fault. When I asked if they could resend it the older man was quite abrupt and said they were very busy. He gave me the quote verbally and clearly felt a written quote was unnecessary or too much bother to resend. Would worry if met any problems with such a poor customer attitude I messaged them again and said that we would have gone with them if quote resent and that his manner was upsetting. Reply sent from him said okay!

Terry and his team (Warren, Chris and Zac) have done a nice job. The curvature cutting of the waterdrop turf/tile edge is a delicate handcraft which needs lots of skills and experience. A smooth and nice cut. The finished works of the stacked stone wall cladding of the raised beds is just neat and sleek. Professional, Perfect and Pleasing. Well done.

I only leave reviews for things I really like, and I’m so impressed with the team at Acorn Landscape Gardening from initial enquiry through to complete garden transformation. David did a great design based on a few photos I sent him. He was great about the couple of changes I wanted to make and provided a new CAD drawing so I could get an idea of the finished effect. Ian conducted a thorough site visit, taking more photos and measurements. Already I had a sense of the kind of company they are. The crew doing the work (Zac, Terry and Warren) were fantastic -really polite and friendly and they worked hard in the blazing sun. They transformed my tired looking, overgrown garden into a beautiful space that we can enjoy for years to come. They also do a great job clearing down, so my drive looked better when they left than when they arrived. Apart from the evidence in the back garden, you would never know they had been there. Now to the garden centres to choose some nice plants 😊 Thanks Acorn team – highly recommended.

Recently had French drains installed in our back garden with link to surface water drain. Acorn team excellent taking care bringing their mini digger into the back. Great job & left it neat & tidy afterwards. Great bunch of guys doing the work.

Back garden renovation. We recently had our back garden renovated by Acorn Landscaping and to say we were very pleased would be a massive understatement. From first contact in October 2023, every step from initial ideas to completion of the project were carried out in a very professional manner. Ian and the team were conscientious and polite and explained daily what they intended to achieve. At the end of the project the site was left spotless which considering some of the weather was a credit to them!!!! Undoubtedly we would have no hesitation in recommending Acorn to anyone thinking of having a garden makeover.

Acorn have recently redesigned our rear garden installing a new patio and also re turfing. In addition, they removed a concrete wall along the side of the house which has made such a difference to the look and feel of the area. We are so happy with the results and can’t praise Acorn Landscaping enough. Ian and the team worked so hard in all weathers and did an amazing job! We really love our new garden.
