My daughter’s initial appointment was scheduled with Dr. Baldwin but we only saw a physician’s assistant. A patient should expect to be seen by the provider they scheduled the appointment with. If there is a change in provider, the patient should be notified. We also waited more than 45 minutes to be seen for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. The follow up appointment was no better. We again waited more than 45 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner and never saw an actual doctor. The staff is nice but the office is poorly managed. My advice to anyone considering this facility would be to seek better care and service elsewhere.

Dr. James Baldwin was fantastic. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition in a way that was easy to understand, and walk me through the treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and they were very patient in answering all of my questions. I can't say enough good things about the team at Achilles Foot and Ankle Center! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The treatment itself was a huge success. After just a few visits, my issues with my foot pain and ingrown toenails. is completely resolved. The care I received was professional and effective. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a podiatrist. They are a wonderful, caring team, and I am so grateful for the excellent service they provided.

They wont make an appointment if you are self pay claiming courts don't allow it... ridiculous. Also overscheduled. New management sucks...find another provider.

We are sorry we no longer accept Humana insurance. Humana patients need to contact their insurance provider to locate a participating podiatrist. Our providers see an average of 16 patients per day which is much lower than most group practices; we don’t consider this over scheduled for a busy podiatry practice. Although our waiting room may seem busy, we have 7 providers treating patients at our locations which can make things seem more busy than reality. There is not a new management team; our awesome team has remained the same for the past 3 years.

My third visit here at the Forest Avenue location. Very warm staff greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. The lady at the front desk is always pleasant. Matthew was very easy to talk with and explained everything in "easy language". Tatiana and Nicholas were very helpful in setting my follow up appointment. I love the patient care flow they have set up. Diamond was very efficient and fast when asking the initial questions. This is really a very organized and well run facility.
