I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Baldwin. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly addressed the issue I was having, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that they didn’t just rush through the appointment — he developed a clear plan to fix the problem and made me feel confident moving forward with treatment. The staff was also friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality foot care.

My visit with Dr. Baldwin was excellent, I was able to get an appointment quickly. The service in his office was very professional and friendly. There was very little wait time. Dr. Baldwin was informative and thorough in his diagnosis. I highly recommend this practice!

I had an appointment today at 3:15 PM. Due to a traffic accident, I arrived about 20 minutes late after driving 45 minutes. Instead of trying to help, James was completely uncooperative and refused to even ask a manager if I could still be seen. His attitude felt robotic and uncaring. Telling a patient to wait another month over a delay caused by an accident is unacceptable. I canceled my appointment and went somewhere else. Very disappointing customer service. However, I still highly recommend Dr. Baldwin. He is a great doctor, professional, knowledgeable, and one of the few positive experiences I had with this office.

This review is strictly on Yengs assistance in solving my issue. She gets an A+. I am not going to review the practice in regards to the issue, their scheduling department or their technical department. The review would only he 1 star.Yeng did resolve my issue ( which was not csused by myself or anything I did- it was created by the practice not mysrlf) quickly and professionally.

My third visit here at the Forest Avenue location. Very warm staff greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. The lady at the front desk is always pleasant. Matthew was very easy to talk with and explained everything in "easy language". Tatiana and Nicholas were very helpful in setting my follow up appointment. I love the patient care flow they have set up. Diamond was very efficient and fast when asking the initial questions. This is really a very organized and well run facility.

My 5yo child saw Dr Baldwin for an ingrown toenail procedure, Dr Baldwin was fast, efficient, and informative during the procedure. Him and his staff made my child as comfortable as they could during the appointment. He gave us the necessary supplies to help with healing and we felt our questions and concerns were addressed adequately.

I went in for a bad heel spur and after the operation the assistant told me that they had to remove part of my tendon? I did NOT go in for a tendon removal. This was elective surgery not an injury. The doctor didn't even meet with me after the surgery to explain what happened even though I asked to talk with him. Before the surgery I had pain at the end of the day. Now I'm in non stop pain and I walk with a bad limp. Additionally, half my foot is permanently numb. I am considering a mal practice suit. Do not trust this place. Update. My foot is still partially numb a year later but everything else has resolved. I might have had a better understanding of what to expect had the doctor talked with me after the surgery. Still, I would call the surgery a success.

Although we cannot discuss specific patient details, we can make all of our current patients aware that surgical planning is backed by radiographic and MRI imaging. Only deformities or tendon damaged diagnosed by radiographs and/or MRI imaging are surgically treated after failed conservative care. In addition, patients review their consent form during the surgical consultation and on the day of surgery and agree to all procedures listed. If questions or concerns arise, they are addressed to the patient prior to surgery. Expectations of the patient post operatively are also clearly explained to the patient especially post operative visits.

If a patient disregards post op instructions like not walking on their cast or only shows up for two out of six scheduled post op appointments which are scheduled two weeks apart, this is only something the patient can control. It is also detrimental when a patient does not come in for their post op appointments after three weeks of post operative care because they refuse to follow post op instructions.

It is not mal practice or deviation from the standard of care when the patient intentionally creates harm to themselves. We make this very clear to patients.

As for your specific care, we are always available for appointments if you would show up for an appointment. Simply call our office to schedule a visit.

I had an excellent experience with Nurse Practitioner Monica Broadnax, FNP-C at Achilles Feet & Ankle Center. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my condition, and walk me through the treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Her knowledge and expertise were clear, and I felt confident in the care I was receiving. She was also very gentle during the examination and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was her patience and willingness to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Thanks to her treatment plan, I’ve already noticed significant improvement. I would highly recommend Monica Broadnax to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled foot care specialist.
