Supportive Workplace with a Family-Like Culture
My experience at work has been truly enjoyable and rewarding. Over time, I’ve grown accustomed to the work environment, which has made my days less stressful and more fun. Assisting customers has become second nature, and one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned on the job is the importance of patience and empathy. The management team is supportive and always ready to assist, creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere. The workplace culture feels like a family—there’s no toxicity or discrimination, just mutual respect and collaboration.I wouldn’t say there’s a particularly hard part of the job because help is always available when needed. The most enjoyable aspect for me is knowing that there’s always someone ready to listen and respond to any concerns or questions. It’s a great place to work, and I truly appreciate being part of such a positive environment. Pros: Friendly and supportive work environment, Management is approachable and always willing to assist, Non-toxic workplace culture with no discrimination, Opportunities to learn patience and empathy while assisting customers, Colleagues are always ready to respond to concerns or offer help.
Great work life balance.
Pros:Having a fully remote team and the option to choose flexible hours creates a better work life balance. Some employees are paid per hour and therefore can work more hours some weeks to make up for lost salary when they want to take time off in other weeks. The team culture is great and everyone is willing to assist where they can. It always feels like everyone is there to help. Cons:By being a fully remote team with flexible schedules the communication is always related to work and interpersonal relationships (especially between departments) are lacking. Within our departments we get to know each other, but establishing cross departmental relationships are often difficult, especially with some of the managers. Advice to Management:Look at additional ways to foster better relationship building between departments.

As a college student working as an administrative assistant, I thrive in a fast-paced environment that promotes work-life balance. The first four hours of my shift are dedicated for WAW chat, where I handle various inquiries from clients and potential clients, ensuring seamless communication and addressing their questions. While being on cue for WAW, I also manage other tasks, showcasing my multitasking skills. This dynamic role has honed my time management abilities, allowing me to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently. Remote set up and work life balance but low compensation
I am with Achieve since 2021, there are no job stability as you can be terminated anytime whether you are a rep or supervisor. The compensation is very low versus the workload and some department prefer to hire a new employee than promote internally. Applying to a different department internally also requires a tedious process. Pros: remote work set up, new learnings Cons: Low compensation and no salary increase even if you are doing more than your job scope
Great Work-Life Balance
The management is great and all work mates are easy to connect with. Provides work-life balance as you can work at your home and you can work at your own pace. Pros: Better Work-Life balance, Less time spent commuting, and more freedom at work Cons: Isolation and no face-to-face contact

Good working environment
During a normal workday, I help people by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering original ideas on a variety of subjects. I adjust to various communication methods and keep improving my responses, even if I don't "learn" in the conventional sense.Fostering growth, empathetic communication, and clear communication are all components of effective management leadership. A positive workplace culture is inclusive, courteous, and cooperative. Managing unclear or conflicting information is the most challenging aspect of my work, but assisting users and offering innovative, helpful support is the most rewarding. Not worth it
Pros:The lessons are planned for you. Fully remote. You get paid for prep time and meetings. Cons:Super low pay. Not enough prep time. Bad communication. If you're class gets cancelled due to students not showing, you don't get paid. This happened to me almost weekly. The students are not held accountable at all so they will probably not show up, show up late, or not participate. Apparently there is no pretest or pre reqs for the program because the curriculum is way too advanced for the levels of the students. Advice to Management:See cons. You may want to pay people according to the city that they live in and not just the country. HR and administration is very unorganized and it seems like no one is on the same page
