sent a working console to him to be refurbished and now it does not work and they ignore me. i trusted his online reviews but i thin they are fake. a different shop told me that switched my board (an anniversary model) for a cheaper and broken one!

Ace console repairs did a difficult for me and i did not think it was possible to fix my console ,they not only fix it but it is working and running much cooler faster and at 100% like new.

I had a ps4 that was working ok but when I reset to factory settings I found that the USB ports had failed when I needed to initialize the controllers again. Al, came to the rescue and was able to diagnose and repair in very quick time. Fantastic service, friendly and new exactly how to trace the problem out. Highly recommend.

Sold me a faulty modded Nintendo switch. Blamed me for user error and they didn't want to take it in for a look. I've consulted many people who believe it's a hardware issue and that I was sold a dud. I even have chat logs of ace console repairs pretending they don't know software, only hardware then soon after suggesting all software suggestions and saying I was wrong because their suggestions weren't working. Absolute crooks.

This guy brought a brand new modchipped OLED switch from us and had no idea how to use it or what to do with it then tried blaming me and everything else for his issues. Google helped me try and help him but still could not point him in the right direction as he would not listen nor answer questions and continued to tell myself how it is done. Very difficult customer. Asked for my help,then proceeded to tell me how it is done. Clearly he has caused his own issues because he did not know what to do ??♂️
