Waste of money
I hate edging with a passion and I hate to tape! I read the directions, simple enough...nope! The microfiber roller left lint that had to be removed manually. The edger frame is cheaply made, it warps when you place pressure as directed. Drips, lack of paint, really exasperating. I've got to add I didn't have to cover the floor as it will be replaced. So drips and fluff although it happened weren't an issue today. Really a pain.... I ended up taping and painting which did I mention? I HATE! I would not advise anyone purchasing. There are no shortcuts.
A Huge Waste of Money
This product claims to eliminate the need for taping to protect trim during painting. That was not the case the edger actually caused more work. I went back and reviewed the instructions several times to be sure I was using as directed. I was, but still a mess. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Save Your Money
Tried to do the wall/ceiling. It would have been better maybe if it had been ambidextrous, but I am right handed; therefore it was difficult for me to use. Also, the edger scraped the newly painted ceiling which I have to do over again. At 68 with bad knees, I am also looking for an assistive item to help me paint so I don't have to go up and down a ladder, this item was a bust for me. Wish I could return it for my money back. Also the little brush even after getting it wet, never moved; even after using the little lever. Very disappointed in this product and the money I spent.

Good not great
Didn’t expect much as I’ve tried just about every cut-in cheat in the book and always end up back to a 3” brush and a steady hand, however, this does work and it does save time cutting in on ceilings because no ladder is needed. It leaves a noticeable 1/4” lightly brushed line along inside edge but for commercial it definitely passes. Probably wouldn’t fly for residential, at least not upper end jobs.
Don’t buy it
We bought this really having high hopes. For starters don’t bother if you have popcorn ceilings. Second you still need a ladder and other tools as it misses about the four inches from the wall. Gave up after I tried around a door and you had to roll it 15 times to get the paint to cover. Super annoyed I wasted $125 and can’t return because I used one roller. And still had to tape the room off.

Does not work
The small edge brush sticks out too far and gathers up globs of paint, which leave a trail in the paint resembling a plow going through a field. Paint everywhere, due to globbing up on brush, while it diga down to original surface, only to be smeared around by pp lastic that is supposed to prevent getting paint on trim. No. Paint on trim and the plowed painless line up to trim and beyond.
