Good affordable price for students, ideal location for uni of liverpool, speedy maintenance repairs however we have had more issues with the house than generally expected. Even though accommod8 have come and fixed them reasonably quickly it is still inconvenient.

Pretty happy! They are attentive and they are happy to listen to our problems. Very cheap!! But the damp in the house is terrible, however we were moved to a new house so cant complain too much

Houses are not well furbished eg. no bedside tables, kettle, toaster etc. and lots of mold even at move in. Maintenance is quick but charges are very high for very small issues eg. £42 to unblock one drain, despite being the company being 'student friendly'
