Review for Member: Leah Stonebraker very Nice Experience Leah all ways shown professionalism thru out the whole process and very customer oriented. Followed up as she promised thru the process, and we felt we did not have to work very hard to get this done because she took care her part providing us guidance thru the process. This is the 2nd time we have went thru Accelerate Mortgage and I have to say both times were great, but this time was not just great Leah made it very smooth and we will definitely recommend asking for her and Accelerate Mortgage.

Review for Member: Cassidy Henry Great company! I recently refinanced my house with Accelerate Mortgage, I would highly recommended this company. Cassidy was professional and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. The process was fast and easy, she kept me informed throughout. I could reach her any time and she was quick to respond. I never had to call and be put on hold, which was great with my busy schedule. Great Service and no stress!!

Review for Member: Ronald George Excellent Customer service with our Refi I emailed Ron in October and closed in a little over 3 weeks. Ron gave us a couple of options on our refi. He explained each step in detail and would remind us of what would happen next as we moved through the process. I would definitely use Accelerate Mortgage again for a new home loan or refi.

Review for Member: Melissa Domzalski Outstanding Customer Service We refinanced while I was overseas and my wife was taking care of things at home. In this challenging situation, Melissa went out of her way to make sure the process was smooth and communicated everything to both of us - the whole thing from initial paperwork to closing felt like a breeze! Typically I take the lead in dealing with any major financial changes, but Melissa made sure my wife was comfortable with the entire process, and for that we are both very thankful. At no time did we feel pressured or unsure about any part of the process. Highly recommend working with her!

Review for Member: Ronald George Speedy, honest, supportive and reliable First time home buying, and Ron/Accelerate were superb. Every step of the way, Ron and the crew kept up with me, never overstepping or pressuring me. He went above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated on the process when we finally found a home. Any change along the home search Ron was able to update the pre qual several times to reflect the market conditions. I had gone through several buyer's agent in my search for a home, but out of all the lenders, I've stuck with Ron the entire time. I always felt assured with him, and I'm happy I did. I will alway recommend my family or friends to Ron and in the future I will use Ron for any further mortgage needs. Not to mention, I was using my VA benefits for a VA backed loan and hardly any of the realtors wanted to work with me on it, but Ron was proactive in talking to them and ensuring a smooth offer/closing. To say the least, I'm extremely satisfied, frankly beyond happy to have worked with Ron in this home purchase. I truly look forward to a continued relationship with Accelerate!

Review for Member: Mark L'Italien When you need a mortgage or refinance - Call Mark! Mark was all that I wanted and needed to find a mortgage for my new house! He guided me through the mounds of paperwork and legal jargon that is required to buy. With him I understood every document and that took the edge off of what I felt, at times, was signing my life away. He was interested in my personal situation. I found him to be honest and trustworthy and because of that I absolutely trust Accelerate Mortgage Company and Mark to handle all of my future transactions and am telling everyone I speak to about Mark!
