I highly recommend Absolute Pest Management! Ants were invading my home, and they were the answer to a prayer. Ryan who did the inspection, identified the invasive species as Carpenter ants and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He made the effort to get someone scheduled for the next day. Griffin who came to apply the treatments, was able to clearly explain what was being used & assure me it wouldn't harm household (or neighborhood) pets or birds. He was patient & thorough in completing the job. I began to see improvement by the next day! Very happy with the services provided!!

We contracted with this company to clean our mother's home after another company provided extermination services. Our contract states "1x service to clean up rat droppings throughout the home and garage. Also sanitize with DSV. * Tech will need to move some furniture around to clean up the droppings". I confirmed that the wording meant they would clean everywhere. I was told "if we can access it, we will clean it." I was suprised when one tech showed up to clean the entire house. I had a family member take a video of the house after the services were completed and there were rat droppings under the couch, under the beds, behind the furniture and in plain sight. It was as if they hadn't cleaned at all. I called and they were very professional and agreed to come back. After the second cleaning I saw rat droppings on the back of the couch and on my mother's desk. I felt, if they didn't clean areas that were clearly visible to me, they most likely didn't clean everywhere. I called and requested my money back. The wanted to come out again. I think they just don't provide thourough cleaning as they represented. They insisted on coming out again. I only wanted my money back but they just didn't want to entertain that option.

Based on the agreement, our team was contracted to remove accessible rodent droppings and sanitize the affected areas. We understand your concern regarding areas you felt were not sufficiently addressed. That’s exactly why, when you called, we responded promptly and returned to the home to re-clean at no additional cost. We also offered to come back again because we genuinely want the job completed to your satisfaction.

We never want a client to feel unheard, and we certainly do not avoid accountability. However, in remediation work like this, we are committed to resolving concerns by correcting the service when possible, which is why we continued offering to return and address any remaining areas.

We take feedback seriously and will use this as an opportunity to review our processes and staffing to ensure the level of thoroughness our customers expect and deserve.

I love having them as a vendor! I changed property management companies last year, and recently changed back to my favorite pest control vendor! Their customer service is impeccable! They have even serviced my personal home for termites in 2024.

Our pest control technician Johnny was absolutely fantastic today. He was not only thorough and professional in the way he handled everything, but also incredibly friendly and approachable. I called Absolute pest management because we had been having an attic rat problem. We had used a different company last year and gotten completely ripped off. We live in a townhouse and the whole building needed to be treated but our neighbors refused. Jacob gave us a quote for just our house. It was steep but it includes 5 visits and sealing all the entry points. Jerel has now been out for 4 of the 5 visits and he has been fantastic! The first visit netted 2 dead rats and the next 1 more. The next visit there were none. Jerel even took care of a bad hornet's nest in our backyard. He always is on time and calls to let you know he's on the way. Absolute is an outstanding company to work with!

Using them about two months and still seeing cockroaches but less. But was hoping they would be gone after I made the repairs to my house that they said would help. They have been coming out to do repeated sprays when I have seen roaches

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Absolute Pest Management. Their traps failed to catch anything, and instead of solving the rodent issue, their bait attracted a ringtail cat, which created an even bigger mess. When they couldn’t resolve the problem, they simply said there was nothing they could do and left me to deal with the consequences. To make matters worse, their 'experienced' technician left the attic ladder open, allowing rodents to enter my house. Now, I’m dealing with an indoor infestation on top of everything else. This was an absolute waste of time and money. If you're looking for effective pest control, I strongly recommend finding another provider!

I do not recommend this company. First they had me waiting all day. When the guy finally showed up it was after 5pm , he looked tired and wanted to get in and out, he was ready to kick off his shoes and have a cold one, so the level of looking for bugs was very little. He was very kind, but had no interest in looking for anything. He used his cell phone flashlight to look around the house. He did look at my bed , but I had to ask if could please look at the other bedrooms, couch , closets, ect. I got bit on my foot when we where in one of the rooms he didn't seem interested and dismissed it. This was the worse house inspection I ever had. I could have taken my cell phone flashlight and did that. I'm still having issues, no surprise considering how that went. I do not recommend this company. I would have given it no starsif I could. Save your money.
