Joshua was very prompt and courteous to help solve my rodent problem. I also appreciated that he didn’t disclose much information but wrote up the issue so my husband could understand without me having to relay rodent details. ABC has been amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We had an issue with red wasps and wolf spiders entering our home way too often and since we started using ABC, they have been close to non-existent! Percy is always on time, always asks us if there’s a specific issue he should be aware of and keeps us updated on ETA’s.

I had a racoon in my attic during the first weekend in September. It had a hand trap attached to it so I could hear it up there. I called ABC on Friday before they closed about 4:00 and they said the person in my area had already left. ABC came out on the following Tuesday because they don't work weekends and plus this was Labor Day weekend. The person went in the attic and stayed by the ladder. He may have taken pictures but it was all from the ladder area. He did not smell anything so he assumed there was nothing up there. (My grown kids could smell something that previous weekend.) He showed me areas that an animal could enter and exit and advised me to have a person from ABC give me an estimate to seal my residence. OKAY... I felt better knowing there was nothing in my attic...B U T...
That Thursday and Friday I started seeing maggots in my master bathroom. Really gross. My kids could smell it the weekend before the person came out the first time. I thought he was a professional and knew what he was doing. I called ABC and told the person about the maggots and they wanted to charge me again to come out and check. This was a supervisor,
needless to say I was angry. So they connected me to the supervisor of the first person who came out and smelled nothing. He came out and removed a dead racoon from the master bathroom area of my home. This was the second week of September.
I have not been able to use or go into my master bathroom since this all started. You ask why? Now I have flesh flies 100 Plus coming in from light fixtures ....probably. TERRIBLE .....I don't know where they are entering from... I have a bug zapper in that part of my house with closed doors to keep them contained to that area of my home. I am a clean person with a nice home. THIS ALL HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR ME. You would think If they they were professionals they would have cleaned the mess left up in the attic knowing the aftermath of a dead animal. They should had offered to put a bomb spray up there to prevent maggots becoming flesh flies. They need to warn customers what happens after something is found dead in our attics and offer complete removal and clean up. I do not like writing bad reviews , but this is important for anyone being in this situation too. I do not recommend this company for help. I wonder how long it's going to take before I can go back to my master bathroom. One more week and it has been a complete month od this nightmare.

Unfortunately, our rodent removal service does not include any cleaning or sanitation services.
