Professional friendly and litrally the extra mile
I rang Abbey Locksmiths for a quote for a digital front lock that I needed for my air BnB. My first contact was with Debbie who put me onto their expert advisor Mark. Mark was able to talk me through options and came up with the perfect solution for my guests. We are located slightly outside of their area however they was able to make an exception and literally went the extra mile for me. The experience with Abbey Locksmiths from start to finish was an absolute pleasure from Debbie in their office to Mark who came and fitted the lock for us. Really nice van with the correct tools and smart presence and on time. I honestly can't recommend these enough! Thank you Abbey Locksmiths

Got myself locked out with my anxious dog and panicking like mad when I remembered seeing on a fb group how good abbey locksmiths were. Called them immediately, a very pleasant man called Jamie turned up and within minutes was able to rescue the situation without any damage, especially as we have high security locks on our door!!! Extremely professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for all your help!!!

Worst online retailer I've ever ordered from (8500-)
I lost around 500€ and never got my package. I made an order in November and then couldn't login to the site so I didn't have the tracker number. I needed the tracker number for the customs clearance paperwork and I emailed them several times, where Mark Grainger said he'd look into it or never replied. Eventually he gave me the tracker number but by then the deadline had expired and the package was sent back. Even though I forwarded him an email from the post office confirming this he refuses to refund me and told me to "never order from [them] again". Never again.

Really fantastic job. I’d misplaced my office keys and they came out in a Sunday within half an hour and got me back in quickly with a new lock and set of keys. Really fast, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
