Extremely dissatisfied, they were scheduling to do roof repairs for some buildings that we management and the crew went to wherever they want; on top of that the charges were too high for the work that they did and when I call them back, letting them know that the same areas where they do the repairs still leaking, they said that the leak could be come from somewhere also and if they go, they need to charge again. No warranty, customer service is really bad, the sales person Jerrid Hermann, never returned my phone calls, I don't have a words to describe the horrible experience that I have with this company. Definitely I do not recommended this company for any roof work.

They are always so fast and efficient. I work for a storage and we need prompt service for our customers items to remain safe and dry. Jimmy and Jamie came out today and fixed all our leaks! AAA Roofing has been great to work with. Craig is always responsive and they handled everything from start to finish with permitting with the City. They were the most competitively priced and I would highly recommend them for commercial roof replacements.

I can't recommend AAA Roofing enough! They are a one stop shop for us as a commercial contractor. Roofing, waterproofing and skylights all in one! VERY Competitive bids, timely schedules with knowledgeable staff help us meet our budgets and schedules without all the obstacles in between. AAA roofing service is currently re roofing a grocery store next to my house. For the last week they have started every morning between 3:30 am and 5:30 am. Construction hours are 7 am -9 pm Mon-Fri. This company is completely unprofessional and doesn’t shed an ounce of decency. I have filed complaints with the city and department of building and safety. I hope you see this and correct your workers behavior at once.

When I have a need, AAA's staff and field personnel have always been available to handle the need and complete the work on time, and on budget. I would highly recommend this group for any project.

We hired AAA Roofing to repair a couple of leaks in our office building. Randy got back to us promptly during the Holidays and did a roof inspection a few days later. His crew came in a couple of days later and completed the job in a few hours. AAA's initial quote was already lower than the other quotes we had gotten, but we really got a nice surprise when the invoice was actually $200 lower than the quote. The invoice also included before and after pictures of the area that they repaired. Very professional company and crew.
