I had to call 888-3198-218 to make our reservation because the app wouldn't let me book a room for the same night after midnight. The lady who answered the phone was wonderful--very kind, helpful, and efficient. I didn't get her name, unfortunately, but she made the reservation for us, explained how to find the property since it's somewhat hidden, and got us checked in quickly when we arrived.
We stayed in a two-bedroom room, which worked out really well for our family. After a long day of traveling, having the extra space made it much easier for everyone to relax and get a good night's sleep. The property does show some signs of age, and we noticed that the second bedroom was missing the TV remote, but everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The staff member also let us know that free breakfast was offered, but we slept so well that we ended up missing it! Despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the friendly and helpful service.

Made customer pay for their mistake. Delayed flight so bad to miss connection flight. Made us pay 200 or wait untill tomorrow without competition for a place to stay. So be stranded in a state you dont know or pay 200 and go home the same day. But you have to pay 200 for our mistakes. Plus the airplanes are sticky gross and a place germs love.

Beware of unfair treatment! I spent a bunch of money on a specific carry-on bag that I was promised would fit in the overhead compartment, even on small planes. The desk attendant then told me I was fine when I got to the airport. However, as I carried the bag on the flight, the flight attendant told me I could not bring it on. I explained what I was told and she simply said "too bad - you can't bring it on." Moments later, she allowed a woman to bring on a bag that was even larger than mine. I have no words. Guess it is my fault for being a man. Oh, by the way...I have 1.6MM miles with this airline, as I fly at least twice per week.

If there was an option I would give 0 stars don't care out there customers 10 delays but told we would taking off soon then given a 12.00 meal voucher that I could not use because everything was closed stuck at the airport from 12 pm until 1am but still haven't taken off I was told we are waiting for the tower to approve pilots it sounds like we need to talk to the wizard. On August 16th my husband and I were supposed to fly on American Airlines on a return flight from Chicago back home to Florida. We were due to stay in Indiana that week but there was an outbreak of severe weather so nothing was inhabitable . No power, flooding and tornadoes devastated the area . Southwest Airlines credited us on our flights going in Thursday understanding this severe weather event. Same with the hotel and car rental company. American airlines is offering us nothing. No credit no refund they're just going to keep our money as if it's our fault. What kind of company would do this ? I will continue disputing this but would never ever recommend anyone fly with them !
First time flying with American Airlines, flew from DFW to DTW on August 13, 2026 flight was delayed 2 hours.
However they changed the gate 4 different times in Dallas from gate A to gate C, then back to gate B making it very stressful and all passengers mad..
Booked my seat and last 15 minutes before boarding changed it without my knowledge offered a refund for my seat exchange but received nothing.
Lessoned learned when they knew I was Canadian I got ignored and cold shoulder.
