Be aware of everything you sign with this people or company red the agreement carful they offered me buying my terminal machine contract
And they did it now at the end they want that money back as a part of the agreement so I been with them nearly a year don’t trust them on 0.01 rates they charge you more and more on interchange which people don’t know it cost a lot more then others they have hidden costs not trustable at all . Im fighting with them up to they end
Extremely Dishonest company. Promised 1 rate and then delivered another. Sales dept very slick, but once you sign on they don't care about you at all. We were left with non working machines (twice!) for 2 weeks during the busiest holiday season. In retrospect, it was a good thing, since they didn't deliver the rates they promised anyway. Avoid if you don't want heartaches!

I recently signed up with A2B Payments after being told by Steph, their rates would save my business money compared to my existing provider. The £15 monthly terminal cost was mentioned, but I was assured that even with this included, I would still be better off overall.
That turned out not to be the case.
After I signed the agreement, I was sent the full cost breakdown and quickly realised that once the terminal fee was factored in, their offer was actually more expensive than what I already had with Worldpay (who charge me £1 per month for the terminal, continuous). The savings simply didn’t exist as promised.
I cancelled the agreement on the same day via email. I never used the terminal, which was returned unused. My direct debit was cancelled, and I made it clear I did not want to proceed.
From that point, communication from A2B stopped. My messages were ignored, the rep went silent, and I had to chase Clover directly just to get a response. Despite everything, A2B is still trying to justify the agreement and avoid taking responsibility.
This experience has been stressful and unnecessarily drawn out. If you’re a small business looking for transparency, support, and fair communication, I would not recommend A2B Payments based on my experience.

Not happy at all. Was reluctant to go with this company and told them I was not going ahead. Changed my mind after talking to a sales consultant who said they could definitely save me money. No after care, no help with set up, no answers for things I found difficult. Have gone back to my previous provider but stuck in a contract with A2b now for the next 18 months! After looking around for couple of weeks we come across A2B payment Solution. We noticed when speaking with other companies that what they tell us doesn't not match the agreement. With most companies the true test of now a customer is valued is the quality of service you receive in the aftercare when issues arise. And without fail Phillip Bonney has gone a step beyond in this, a month into having my account I’ve had multiple calls just checking everything has been running smoothly and anything teething problems we had to deal with he was only a call away. Great service
