A-1 Insulation's reviews were excellent. Appeared to be locally owned which is who I like to spend my money with. But, when I contacted Brett 4/26 he said he would have to return my call because he was out of town. Today is 5/15...no call. I've got a different local company now.

Brett and company are great to work with. Quote was very competitive. Work was completed in a timely manner and looks great. I would highly recommend you give Brett a call.

Very well pleased with this company. I had my whole attic done with the spray foam insulation and boy did it make a big difference! I found them to be very dependable and true to their word, easy to reach and answer all your questions & concerns, very professional and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. I love the difference I can already feel inside from this added insulation. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I needed this service! Very friendly, caring & knowledgeable.

Brett is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service! He did an excellent job with our spray foam insulation and showed up on time when he said he would be there. His communication was excellent and the whole process was very smooth. Can’t recommend him enough! We are excited to enjoy the energy efficiency in our new construction home.

We were very pleased with Brett and his employees. He was very knowledgeable and did the work when he said he would. We had so much trouble getting anyone to show up before him. We highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if the need be.

21 five star reviews and we get nothing but problems- why us?! Brett got insulation overspray all over our $4k windows and freshly painted ceilings- and had the audacity to say we did it. He refused to come out and take a look because he said he tarped everything himself.Further, he tried to meet us on Whitehorse Rd to pay him in full before we realized he hadn't insulated 7 walls. Maybe he had a bad day- or just maybe he used to be good at his job. I wouldn't take my chances. This man has no honor

Very competitive price and they exceeded their estimated timeline of completing the installation. Several months later I am really seeing a payback with lower energy bills than I had before. I would highly recommend A-1 Insulation for any insulation needs!

Their price was fair, they showed up when they said they would, and they left no trace that they had been there. Brett is very knowledgeable about the products and services he offers. Brett's A1 Insulation is a professional outfit that provides the customer with a great deal of information on the different types of insulation available and the deciding factors that help you make an educated decision. Brett's initial walk through and evaluation sold me on his company. He delivers what he promises and his team does a great job. They prepare your house by protecting all your windows and doors from any over spray and when there done the house is as clean as before they started. You won't be disappointed.

I cant say how much I appreciate A1. There is no one in Aiken County or the lower State of SC that does Cellulose, and when I called to talk to them, they said they would be happy to come do the job. These guys are so professional in spraying and cleaning up right be behind themselves. They are so quick, but so thorough, making sure the job is done correctly. My wife and I are so impressed with their workmanship. I would definitely recommend A1 to anyone. Thank You again.

The first time we met Brett, he never pressured us for a sale, just offered insight on our current insulation situation. He was honest about what we needed and what we didn't, and why. We had been getting different 'quotes' for almost 4 years (as this is not a cheap project to jump into). Brett took more time to explain everything than anyone before, providing me with knowledge and comfort to rely on him and his company to re-insulatre our entire home. The insulation we had, had previously housed rodents while our house sat vacant before our purchase 5 years ago. In some areas there was no insulation. There were gaps leading to drafts and leaks of warm air through the winter. (All of which were brought to my attention and repaired ) The work done was incredible, all of the workers were respectful of our home and our property, cleaning up after themselves and really going above and beyond in all aspects. We have been able to tell a dramatic difference in how our heating/cooling system runs, and how the temperature stays consistent throughout the house and throughout the day. Our power usage has dropped because of this and we haven't even reached the coldest winter months! We could not be happier with Brett and his company. So thankful for the referral that led us here. I used A-1 insulation for both our Barn Loft and new Home insulation. Brett is a true professional and ensured everyone was on the same page in prepping for and installing the cellulose insulation.
