Dr Lin was so sweet & caring Luv him! I'm sending my kids to him & my Grand babies He did a good job USING the needle to numb, it didn't really hurt & they didn't even use numbing cream 1st so I was pleasantly surprised as much as u can get with that situation.... I just wish when you come in they ask what's your pain 1-10 & give priority to those suffering. That would've been great.
AI answering service is the fastest way to loose patients, how hard is it to get someone to answer the phone for a general question? Time to look for a new dentist, it’s concerning that you can’t have staff answer your phones. I must have said my name a million times and I was never able to get a live person or a call back!!!!

The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I meant to ask his name again before I left. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease, when normally I have severe anxiety about dental visits. He took his time and talked the whole time which definitely helped me keep my mind off of the procedure.

How hard is it for someone to answer the phone over there? Over 15 attempted calls, and NOT once was I able to get anyone on the phone! AI answering service is so unwelcoming, time to find a new dentist. So unprofessional!

This office will tell you via review to contact them, however when trying they will never respond, just Google scripted review response to make themselves seem caring. Katherine is in charge of billing and will never be available for help! Their assistants at office, Gabby will greet you, however isn't much help. You are left being told you can pay out of pocket for services that insurance will cover, however they can't get approved. Just lies after lies until you go to another office and get told the truth after weeks of misleading. They will say contact us, as I have and still get the song and dance from your staff. It's very frustrating being told come out of pocket for what will be covered through insurance. It definitely feels being taken advantage of and told lies after lies. Please if you come to this facility do your homework before scheduling any sevice with this company. Also, had an appointment and was called for why I missed it and when I could reschedule. I walked up to the front desk while on the phone in office waiting patently. Gabby was red in the face and I said I've been waiting and what's the hold up. I had to wait even longer while others entered before my scheduled appointment. If I could give a 0 star I would. My number is on file and please contact me directly before writing a scripted response for all of Google to see.

I have had about 5 different dentist work on my teeth here... I honestly like them all! Even the dentist assistants have all been super nice and professional... the girls at the front office are all very professional and accommodating as well. Not going to lie... at first I was very skeptical of this place but I've been here more times than I wish and had a good experience every time despite it being the dentist which I really neglected going to for years... just get it done when you need it done... don't wait like I did and end up having to do more work than I wanted because of the fear of going to the dentist!

Four dentists on duty and dental assistants running around everywhere and many patients, the place seemed very chaotic. But after X-rays and the doctor who came to me, she appeared to be highly competent and professional explaining what work needed to be done.

The worst experience I've ever had going to the dentist! From the beginning of March to now. Going for x ray after x ray to be submitted and be denied multiple times for what member services stated bad x rays and further work needed before approval. I went to another office to get a second of opinion on work done here. To my luck California Dental right up the street got both of my procedures approved today! If you have medi cal and have trouble like I did getting work approved. Please don't waste your time with these folks and go there. Thanks for caring and wasting my time. Wish ya'll the best, just not with me.

The consultation went ok. They wanted me to stay for a cleaning but I didn't have time. They verbally recommended a few different options for my broken tooth. Then I called and emailed to ask them for a copy of the recommendation of the work to be done. My memory is bad so I wanted to show the options to my boyfriend first. I guess they thought it was because I was getting a second opinion or going somewhere else. They wouldn't return my calls or emails. After explaining that to their answering service several times, they finally called and said I would have to at least come in for a cleaning before they could release my records to me! That's when I checked reviews, switched my dentist with my insurance and made an appointment with a new dentist. I contacted them again to release my records and X-rays and they started giving me the run around again saying that person was not in and no one else there could do it. They said they'd call the next day but they didn't, I was about to go to the office to demand my records in-person but I called first and they finally emailed them. Obviously, I would NOT recommend 7 Day Dental but my new dentist down the street, Dr Moshin and staff are awesome!
