During our move, 3 guys moving broke our large Dolphin statue while placing it in the pool area of our new home. accidents happen but what matters is how a company handles it.
3 guys refused to help in anyway although we had insurance through them, when we went to file a claim which by the way was thru a D-rated company they made it impossible for us to collect a dime. When I notified 3 guys about this and told them the total cost of the statue was $ 600.00 and I would split the cost with them which would make there out of pocket cost $300.00 they were willing to do less than nothing.
If you value your belongings and expect accountability I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
I want to share my terrible experience with this moving company after moving just one mile away. During such a short move, they have damage my TV entertainment unit, completely destroy my brand-new desk, and break a cabinet. It’s hard to understand how so much damage could happen in such a small distance.
To make matters worse, the company refused to take responsibility or pay for the damages. The sales representatives and staff were dishonest, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout the entire process.
This was an awful experience from beginning to end. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If anyone would like more details, I’m more than willing to provide them. My strong advice: avoid this company at all costs
5-star experience! We hired 3 Guys to pack and move us across town. Their packing crew was absolutely top notch. Everything was carefully packed and neatly labeled. Nothing lost, nothing broken, and everything easy to find. Kelvin, Kee, and Preston are awesome movers and great guys. They were super careful with our things and got everything down 3 flights of stairs without a single dent or scratch. The level of care and professionalism 3 Guys brought was out of this world. Easily my best moving experience ever.
Ronnie and Andre did an amazing job with our move. The weather was awful! But they went above and beyond to make the best of it. We truly appreciate their hard work! Ryan was great to work with in the initial estimating phase and was accurate which we appreciated. This is our second move with 3 Guys and we highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed as a repeat customer with this company (after a positive experience in 2023), especially the owner, Samantha. After expressing concern that we were being overcharged, I received an insulting and unprofessional phone call from her where she accused me of not wanting to pay (completely false—I never said that). I simply asked for clarification and a price adjustment due to the crew’s performance.
She told me she had "heard through the grapevine" that I'm "picky" and now sees how "ridiculous" I am. Yes, she used those exact words. She also claimed I waited until the end of the move to complain, which is untrue—I called around 12:30 PM to report issues after the crew spent over an hour struggling with our Peloton. My husband even went to get the correct tool while they sat in the garage waiting. Even after that, it took them nearly 45 minutes to take it apart, and somehow we were charged extra for their delays.
Despite seeing them lying down in our loft shortly before I emailed about concerns, and my husband doing most of the Peloton work himself, they still managed to damage it—and we got billed extra hours on top of that.
When I asked where the extra $600 charge came from, Samantha kept interrupting and said, "I've tried explaining it but you and your husband don’t understand." The travel and fuel charges were already on the estimate, so the added charges were unclear and poorly explained.
To top it off, she threatened to call the police for “theft of services”—all because I requested a fair adjustment based on poor service and crew behavior.
I’ll be filing several claims for damages and have legal counsel if needed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
The movers themselves were great (5/5), but the office staff doesn't proactively communicate. I'd have to call them to ask what time they might show up tomorrow for example instead of getting an email/text to set expectations.... The worst part though was our coach got wet and we ended up spending $1,800 out of pocket to replace it. Their trucks aren't water tight and they didn't have the proper protection to prevent that on our out of state move.
I have used 3 Guys for all of my local moves and the team is amazing. From the ease of scheduling, to on time and professional staff it takes some of the stress of a move out of the picture. Highly recommend 3 Guys for all moves.

Thank you, we appreciate your business.
Moving can be a challenge. These guys at 3 guys were absolutely great. They took gentle care with every single item. They showed up on time, they were very polite and moved me quickly. These guys were very good movers. Thank you guys for moving me. Job well done!

Thank you so much for the kind words. We enjoyed working with you and wish you the best in your new home.
This was, hands down, the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. If you value your time, money, and belongings, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Three Guys Moving.
Day one was okay-ish—they showed up on time but left early, casually telling me they’d “see me in the morning.” Day two was a different story. A completely different crew arrived—contractors, not employees—who showed up late and left early, dragging my move out by an extra day for no good reason. To make matters worse, they spent the first half of the job complaining, making it obvious they had no interest in being there.
They also didn’t bother to inventory my belongings properly, leaving me worried about what might have been misplaced or lost. Then, without a word, they just left—no final walkthrough, no confirmation that everything was accounted for. It wasn’t until after they were gone that I noticed they had damaged my floor, and by then, there was no one left to address the issue.
The most infuriating part? The owner himself showed up, saw the mess firsthand, and then left without speaking to us or making any effort to fix the situation. That level of indifference says everything you need to know about this company.

Hello Tony,
We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, this move was a military move coordinated by a 3rd party and our company was only assigned a small part. When our owner arrived, he was told that you were not available to speak with and he was working to resolve issues with the other contracted parties involved. We would love the opportunity to speak with you since there is much to discuss, please give us a call at 813-249-1889. Thank you.

This experience with 3 guys moving was the most wonderful seamless experience. From Ryan giving us an estimate and being so kind and informative, to the moving crew with Mike, Jayden and Dillion. What a fantastic group of guys . They were great with moving our furniture, so respectful, and worked tirelessly . If I could give them 20 stars I would! At the end the day we spoke to Donna to submit pay. and she was delightful to speak with at the end of a very long day. Highly recommend this company!

Hello Stephanie, Thank you so much for the kind words. We enjoyed working with you and wish you all the best in your new home.
Would give ZERO stars of possible. VERY disappointed. I had used them in the past with no issues, but this time my luck ran out. They set my dresser on the floor without the feet on it, and slid it across the floor leaving 1/4 inch deep gouges in my new hardwood floors. They didnt say anything about it, just left the dresser feet sitting on the mattress and left, as if I wouldnt notice it or something. The crew supervisor acknowledged it via text, and the lady at the office had me send in photos. Then nothing but radio silence. Multiple emails sent to Greg went unanswered.
