Design Consultant Ruins Order Our design consultant ruined our $8.5k order by not adding "TDBU" to indicate the shades should lower from the top as well as rise from the bottom. We trusted our consultant to fill the order as we had discussed. Customer service said we are stuck with these worthless blinds, so having a design consultant was more of a liability than a benefit. They don't seem to care about your order once they receive the money which is paid before anything is installed. Never using or recommending this company to anyone.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I paid a deposit for $1,856.42 on 11/14/24. I immediately cancelled the order after two days (within their cancellation policy) because of the amount of negative reviews I read and just not having a good feeling about it. They acknowledged that they received the deposit and will be successfully cancelled and refunded within ***** business days. On 12/10/24, they debited an additional $1,783.61 from my account for a service/product I never received. Let's not forget, I never received the $1,856.42 from 11/14/24. So I am now out $3,640.03 for a product/service I never received.I spoke to two different resolution specialists on December 9th who both assured me the refund is pending and should be reflected in my account within ***** business days. I patiently waited, I followed up with several emails over the course of several weeks, was given several false promises and even several lies, saying the refund was successfully processed on 1/3/25 on their end and should be reflected on my end by 1/6/25. It was not. I was never even submitted for approval to accounting. It is now 1/14/25, still missing $1,856.42 for a product/service I never received. I spoke with a different resolution specialist today who assured me she is submitting for approval of my refund today, but truthfully, after the 15 email correspondences and several hours spent on the phone attempting to resolve this, I have lost all hope for this company and plan to take legal action as well as warn other customers about how this company handles their affairs. Appalled is an understatement, and after reading these reviews, I blame myself for not checking here ahead of time.

My design consultant quit 3-Day Blinds. It’s been 6 weeks and still no product or installation. They are way, way overpriced. I was informed my shades would arrive before Christmas and it’s Jan 10 today. I was not allowed to cancel my order. I compared product and pricing to Lowes and You can get great quality of product and service at lowes for 1/2 the price. I am very unsatisfied with 3-day blinds and no comment on ray line installation until they do their job. I'LL BE BACK TO COMMENT.

We have used them before at our old home and had no problems. We moved to our new home 4/2024 and had blinds put in all our rooms, the blinds have gaps in them, and the cords started to shorten so they added rods and wanted to charge me, and they measured my bedroom window s wrong and had to redo. We paid to much money for gaps to be happening and will never use them again. They said it was my fault.

Buyer beware. Horrible experience. Hold onto your credit cardThey doubled charged my credit card for the balance that was due before the installation. ( almost ***** over payment to them) When they were made aware of it, they were rude and unhelpful to deal with, and after badgering them via calls and emails they finally said they would credit the duplicate charge back to my credit card. That was in November and i still have not gotten a response nor a credit back. Just awful, and talk about a time **** trying to resolve this ******, the designer, was great, too bad she works for such a TERRIBLE company who are dishonest and have absolutely no customer service. Dont purchase from them.

I purchased blinds from 3 Day Blinds last year and have been extremely disappointed with the customer service and product quality. From the beginning, some of the blinds didn’t work properly. For instance, one of my kitchen blinds couldn’t be adjusted using the string—it wouldn’t stop where I wanted. We eventually had to send the blinds back for restringing because the string broke. After waiting approximately three weeks, the blinds were returned with new strings, but they were white, while the blinds themselves are tan. This mismatch was frustrating, especially given the long wait. We asked the installer to leave the blinds with us since we had already been living without them for so long. At this point, we’re unsure how to proceed, as it seems the team struggles with writing accurate orders and delivering diligent customer service. This entire experience has been disappointing and frustrating.

Our installation rep was really great! Very knowledgeable and precise. He was friendly, worked quickly and did a perfect job with our installation. After he left we realized the one door blind wasn't secured at the bottom. We called the installer and he came back after the job he was doing and installed the clip for us. He provided great customer service.

Motion blind for over my bathtub. It is just wonderful and so easy to use! 3 Day Blinds was fabulous to work with, so knowledgeable and friendly and installed sooner than expected. I highly recommend them and will use them again. The installer was very helpful and made sure. It was charged and that I knew how to recharge it in about a year. Beautiful blind.

I had never had custom shades made before, so I had no idea what to expect. The woman who came to show me what they offered was kind, personable, and very astute. She looked at our windows and suggested the perfect solution. When the shades arrived the installer put them up very quickly. They are magnificent! We are thrilled with them!

We had our shades delivered and hung. Shades in our kitchen, great room, and one of the bedrooms were poorly cut and looked terrible. We contacted 3 Day Blinds. They came and remeasured. The new shades look great. 3 Day Blinds did what they had to do in order to correct the issues.

From the time I called to get an appointment to we had our sales person Josh come to the house until the installer came and installed. It was quick, smooth and seamless. Excellent quality. Great customer service. Very personable. Goes the extra mile from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

We have had nothing but c*** quality product from this company with their solar powered motorized blinds. They **** at communicating with clients and they never answer their phone, it is always leave a message and if we hear back from them its weeks later. The company they use to install their blinds (PinRod) also ***** with their quality of work. I am soooooo fed up with both these companies. It has been four trips out to fix/replace one solar powered blind and now the other one has stopped working and now I have to deal with a ridiculous amount of phones calls to get ****** out here to now replace the other motorized blinds. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to have blinds installed.

From point of sale and Diane ** to installation with “Emilio”, it has been a pleasure doing business with 3DB. There are many vendors out there for me to choose from - similar/same product. You will retain me as a customer with consistently excellent customer service. While I don’t have her name, the installation scheduler was an invaluable resource, as well. We had plantation shutters from 3Day Blinds at our former home and wanted to replicate the look for the front half of our new home. Kim, the consultant, came out within a day of my call for an appointment and she professionally walked us through the options, the measuring process, and set the expectations for delivery and installation. Ultimately, our shutters were installed on 12/20/24 - well ahead of the estimated date timeframe of 12/29/24 to 1/4/25! We love the shutters and look forward to purchasing shutters for the rest of the house. They are pricey but worth the investment.

The convenience and ease of choosing the finish and type of window coverings was wonderful. It was not the first time I’ve used 3 Day Blinds. All my windows are now covered by your products and I am very happy. The installer was also prompt and professional. I felt very comfortable with him in my home.

The lady who helped me determine what I wanted in my family room windows wasn’t incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She explained what could be done and what couldn’t be done and so I ordered with a high level of trust. The gentleman you installed the drapes was one time and polite and did a fabulous job. I’ve used 3 DAY BLINDS before and I would use them again.

I would not recommend 3 Day Blinds. They did not measure properly the first time then they themselves cancelled my order after I laid $2k. Got them back on track and after months of calling them (and they never returned my call or provided updates) they installed the shutter and the top part doesn’t open both ways and the doors don’t fully open because they didn’t measure correctly again. Called and called and finally they gave me half my money back if I would just keep the broken shutter. Then I got a text yesterday from the installer that he had my new blinds and he had no idea about the refund. They don’t communicate well at all, with the customer or with each other. Buyer beware.

Meeting with the salesperson went well. She helped us choose the blinds and took detailed measurements of the windows. Pricing came up much higher than expected, after a few back and forth we settled on the order. There was no hurry, but when it came time to schedule installation, I kept missing their calls, and when calling back the mailbox was either full or no one would actually respond to my voicemails proposing a timeline 3+ weeks in advance. Weeks went by, almost 10 call backs in total... I expressed my frustration with the salesperson via voice mail and text... she never replied. I have a feeling that once you sign the contract, the sales team is done with you. After that I called the 1800 number and spoke with a kind and understating representative who promised to reach out to the installer. Installation was not to my standard, with roller cornice extending almost 3" beyond the end of the rollers. I suggested to the installer to trim it down to avoid the dead space, but he said he would need a table saw... I have one, I replied. But then I decided not to add hours to his day and to take my time and do it right later with help from my neighbor. When it came time to take down the already installed cornice for trimming, I noticed the poor way it was installed. Wall mounts were not evenly spaced AND wobbly, and top of the cornice had sharp screws sticking out about 1" high where wing nuts were supposed to be used. I texted the installer requesting more wing nuts, which he promised to deliver next time his is in the area. Weeks went by, two more reminders, two more promises from the installer... nothing. I bought the needed wingnuts from my local hardware store. In summery I do not recommend this company. I paid a lot for the blinds and expected high quality product with great installation. I was very disappointed. Rollers work but make a terrible sound and jam when overextended. (it takes a few dozen tries to get the roll-up motion just right). The mechanism is made of hard plastic, which I don't like. I try to be gentle with them so that nothing breaks. The material blind are made of is of good quality. One last thing I want to add, I expressed these concerns in a 3-Day Blinds email survey. I received no reply and can't find my response on their website either...

We have had nothing but problems with this company from the get Go. First of all they are not at all consumer friendly. Lady who came to measure the windows did not do a good job so we ended up having to re measure some of the blinds. There is NEVER a follow up. We could not get ahold of this person as she had left the company. In 3 weeks some of the blinds became not operational so we had to get them again to do the repairs. The installation company that is contacted have no idea of their work. They took them down for "repairs" with a promise to come back within 2-3 weeks at the Max. it is now over 2 months and yet no sign of our blinds. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone of authority in the company, they NEVER Call you back in spite of leaving several voice and Text messages. The temporary paper material screens they put out are an ugly sight and are also tearing in places. My request to have new set of these paper screens have been constantly ignored. We don't know if we ever going to get the original blinds back and feel like living in a homeless people shelter with all the ripped off papers sticking on our windows and worst of all been exposed that scene during the entire holiday season with many of my friends and relatives visiting from overseas!! Worst customer service and follow up. I would not recommend this company.
