A Cautionary Tale: Avoid 360 Fitness Superstore at All Costs In November 2023, I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a high-end treadmill from 360 Fitness Superstore, believing I was investing in quality equipment supported by reliable customer service and warranty. This decision quickly turned into one of my most regrettable shopping experiences. Upon the treadmill’s first use, it became evident that the product was defective. The touch screen malfunctioned at the slightest touch of sweat, causing the machine to unpredictably stop, speed up, or change elevation, rendering it not only unusable but dangerously erratic. What followed was a customer service nightmare. Despite the treadmill being under warranty and my immediate reporting of the issue, 360 Fitness Superstore displayed an appalling lack of responsibility and customer support. My calls were met with empty promises of callbacks from managers and service representatives that never materialized. It was only after an exhaustive number of calls and raising my voice out of sheer frustration that I received any response. The proposed "solution" involved additional charges with no guarantee of resolving the issue, blatantly disregarding the warranty and my consumer rights. This experience has been nothing short of a blatant display of disregard for customer satisfaction and warranty obligations. It's evident that 360 Fitness Superstore is more than willing to sell defective products without any intention of honoring their warranties or resolving any ensuing problems. Their failure to address serious safety issues and provide the bare minimum in customer support is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from 360 Fitness Superstore. Their business practices are unethical, prioritizing profit over customer safety and satisfaction. This establishment lacks accountability and integrity, and in my opinion, it should be shut down for failing to uphold basic consumer rights and safety standards. Do not let yourself be swayed by the facade of quality or reliability they attempt to project; your money, time, and safety are far too valuable to risk.

John Gutierrez and 360 Fitness Solutions engaged our transportation services in January 2023, yet to date, they have not fulfilled their outstanding payment of $67,000. We strongly advise against any future business dealings with this entity, as their actions indicate a lack of integrity. Regrettably, we transported 11 truckloads of their fitness equipment from New York to California under the assumption of trust, which has now resulted in a significant financial loss for our company

Visited John at 360 Fitness from an ad on Marketplace. We were searching for equipment for a New gym in upstate New York. I found John to be very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. I ended up buying more equipment than expected. The equipment was delivered in excellent condition. His staff unloaded, assembled and staged the equipment. They even oiled it once it was set up. I called John to inquire on bench bars, and much to my surprise, he included a few at no extra charge. I highly recommend using this vendor.

After my experience dealing with Mike and the crew, I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. Was very fortunate to have found this place when we were looking to upgrade the gym equipment at our station. Can’t say enough about this place. I highly recommend 360 Fitness Solutions! Fantastic service and pricing! The equipment we purchased was very expensive everywhere I searched. We were able to buy it through 360 Fitness Solutions as pricing was much more reasonable. The fact that they could deliver and install it was key. Everyone with whom we interacted was very friendly and accommodating. Nelson went out of his way to answer many questions, Mike did a video demo of the equipment allowing us to see it in use, and John suggested rescheduling delivery to protect our equipment from inclement weather. The install crew was friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Very excited about our equipment (which was just delivered), and look forward to many years of use. Would highly recommend, and will reach out to them again with any fitness equipment needs!

I went looking for a gym grade cardio machine not sure of what I wanted. Not only did Mike let me run on several brands of treadmills, he also let me tryout the ellipticals and bikes wiping down each one after I tried them out.
