ابو ظبي I want to share my experience at this center honestly. During my soft light session, the machine suddenly stopped working and I must say that Farah at the reception handled the situation exceptionally. Her apology was not only graceful but genuinely heartfelt, and she managed to turn a frustrating moment into a pleasant experience. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are truly remarkable—she made me completely forget any irritation I initially felt. Farah is absolutely the kind of person who should be the face of any place that wants to succeed. Her dedication to ensuring every client feels valued is outstanding.

If time is important to you, I don’t recommend at all coming to this place as they have zero respect to time. I went 6 times 3 times I waited for an hour. My appointment was at 6 I started at 7 and one time the Dr had left because my appointment wasn’t registered in the system. Even though I was constantly promised to enter at my appointment time this only happened once. I am very punctual and always arrive right before my appointment and explained regularly that I don’t mind coming later but to start the service on time but all in vain. Very disappointing, never again!!! I would have given 1 start even except that the Dr there is really amazing.

I did the session today, and unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with the result I did because I'm sure Hydra-facial makes the face brighter and more comfortable but I didn't get the same expectation. Still the blackhead is there.

Dr Hisham is not professional. He was my tenant in the apartment I own in Abu Dhabi. Before vacating, he stole my furniture AND he urinated in the mattress before he left. I'm in the process of suing him.
