As someone who has worked in the recruitment industry for almost a decade, I am quite disappointed by this lackluster candidate care that the recruiter displayed during my engagement with this company. The fact that my politeness and professionalism has been met with a thumbs up reaction seems to speak clearly of the kind of culture the company might have. And this is just in email. It seems to them that candidates are just numbers at this point.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY
Well, it's been a month since I was invited for a job interview at 24x7 Direct, only to be given false hope and misled. I received an email from Charmaine Flores about the interview and salary package, and of course, I prepared thoroughly. On the day of the interview, she was late and seemed rushed. During the interview, my camera kept freezing for some reason, even though I had checked everything beforehand. She suggested rescheduling, which left me devastated. Later, I received an email with an attached photo claiming I didn’t show up for the interview. Then, just two days later, they informed me the position had been closed. Is this a tactic from the company? Applicants put in a lot of effort, and this is what we get? To add insult to injury, my Microsoft Teams app worked perfectly in other interviews, and my camera was fine. This whole experience was a huge disappointment.

Fun, it does not feel that I'm working at all
A typical work day consists of greeting your co-workmates like a normal day at work which makes me feel like I'm at work outside my house but I'm just working at home. I have learned a lot from different CMS to work on and different cultures as well which opens my mind with different approach on how to communicate better. As per the management, they are very easy to approach if you need an assistance and they make you feel like you are a priority for the assistance.The workplace culture is like you're really at work in an office, you will not feel that you are alone at all.The hardest part of the job for me is when a sudden change while in a project needs to work on and has a short due date. The laptop units just need upgrades.The most enjoyable part of the job is when you and your workmates are getting new knowledge about something that you do not know but will have a great impact to your future as yu have something new you learned.
