We got a quote from 23 Digital for a theme migration but unfortunately did not go ahead with it. I explained that the service they're prepared to offer us is probably just too premium for what we're looking at doing, which I think is reasonable!
Long convo short, Matt told me to go educate myself and come back once we've realised because his proposal was reasonably priced. I never said it wasn't! He was getting all frustrated, I don't even know what for lol

Honestly, if I could give this company zero stars, I would.
They have done a pretty horrible job in handling our site. Yes, they did a wonderful job in creating a new website for us, but anything after that was awfully done.
One of their former employees even hurled insults and sly remarks at one of our own employees. They've also provided us with content that were horribly written that even a 3rd grader wouldn't submit for their homework. On top of all that, they've been charging us with services that they have never even provided.
Thank you 23Digital for the years of service you have provided. Komal has been an integral part of insuring that our business grows and that we have the support we require when, and if things do go wrong. For those who do what they do well in their business, but need the expertise to run the SEO side of their business, don’t hesitate.
A lesser company, a lesser case manager, a sub quality service = less business. Don’t settle.
