In any service industry, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in client communication is important. Unfortunately, my recent experience highlighted a critical gap in this area. The quality of the service I received fell short of my expectations from a shop with an owner with such high standards as he stated before the job. The car, which was supposed to be meticulously washed and buffed, was delivered in a less-than-satisfactory condition. Additionally, the Paint Protection Film (PPF) job was poorly executed, with noticeable overlaps at the edges that compromise both the aesthetic and protective qualities of the film.
The detailer was able to finish my car with the timeframe l gave him and my car was looking great when he finished. Just my luck that it rained about an hour later, but the interior and engine compartment were awesome. If l was to make a suggestion it would be to have much better waiting area environment for customers. I gladly waited several hours for my car to be finished but l had to sit in a very uncomfortable metal chair. Great job 2020 Autospa!!
Mr. Darnell is Awesome. His customer service is First class. He has always treated me and my husband like family. He has a heart for his customers and truly enjoys what he does, and that's why he doesn't look at it as a job. After leaving his shop, our cars ALWAYS look "Show Room Ready. God bless you young man, and continue doing what you love.
Very knowledgeable and does an amazing work. Will most definitely bring my next vehicle to them.
