Best Rv repair shop we have come across in our 3 years of on the road. Amy in customer service was excellent , Brian knew his business on the Ac and AJ was a pure delight communicating with. Prices were reasonable, and they went out of their way to get what we needed in the time frame we needed. Happy Trails✝️

We are on our way to Florido and had to stop just past Victoria, TX. Our AC and heat wasn't working so I called 1836 HD. Bryan called me back and helped us get it going over the phone. He was very polite, patient, and helpful. I would say they are a great company and Bryon is definitely a keeper!!!

An employee changes out a part they cost $20.00. The part was to hook my trailer lights for my Jetski to my car. It took him 30 minutes, maybe less than 30 minutes. Didn’t get my permission just started changing the part. When he was done I asked how much, he had to call someone else that said no more than $150.00. The next morning I had a charge for 238.03. I’m not paying that amount. There is no way the $20.00 part cost that much to put on. Please take the charge off. I’ve tried calling the company multiple times to discuss this matter and no one will call me back. They took advantage of me because I was a woman and didn’t know how to change this simple part. UPDATE: I have called 10 times and left a message and no one has ever called me back!!!!
