I wish I could give them negative stars! The absolute worst. I've used them twice, both times they quoted me a price on the phone and then when the trucks showed up, the price suddenly quadruples or more. I will NEVER hire them again!

Scheduled an appointment. They missed the window. Called three times to get a new time with no clear answer and they said they would call me back and didn't on all three. So they didn't honor the window nor would provide a new window. I would never use this company. It is a scam.

I used 1-800-GOT-JUNK on August 24th to do an office cleanout. Two guys arrived on time, were very pleasant, did the job pretty quickly; unfortunately, they didn't use dollies to move furniture; they just pushed it across the carpet. I didn't notice until I was leaving that they left quite a mess and did damage to the marble tiles and carpet in my office building's lobby. 1-800-GOT-JUNK was presented the landlord's estimate for repair of the damage and they've ghosted me. As a result, my landlord deducted $5000 from my security deposit. Planning to file a small claim against them to recover the loss. This was a really bad experience!

Very nice and polite crew but wildly overpriced. On arrival they said there was a $125 per person labor charge. This was definitely NOT on their website. I called the website number and was reassured that pricing was based on the item and volume it would take up in truck -- never any added labor charges. They knocked some off the price but I still feel like I was swindled. Cannot recommend them.

DO NOT USE! They wanted to charge me almost $600 to remove one item that I ended up getting removed for $150. Gave me the run-around, and then tried to haggle with me. They charge you for "manual labor" if items are heavy. Isn't the entire product being offered "manual labor"? The manager tried to get me on the phone and say "well how are you going to get rid of it?". By another company that will charge me 4 times less. DO NOT USE!

Had a great 1st experience with 800-Got-Junk this summer. We are doing an exterior renovation plus wanted to donate 4 pieces of high quality heavy brown furniture. Alex & Quawn arrived promptly. They cleared out old wood debris, rocks and concrete construction. Alex & Quawn were professional, friendly, and respectful of our house. They did an outstanding job. Tried to get an online quote for a pickup. They turned that into a "no obligation price estimate" reservation. I tried to cancel the reservation so I wouldn't waste someone's time coming over to my apartment after I already sorted out my mattress. It was legitimately impossible to cancel (their contact number turns out to be a weird site trying to sell me medical devices?) so I guess they're going to show up to an empty apartment some time today Most cities offer free pickup services so DO NOT waste your time trying to deal with this awful site

I contacted Got Junk on Monday 9/9/24 about removing two large items for me! I spoke with Kirsten who was pleasant and amiable! She scheduled a same day appt, along with a decent price! I was contacted one hour later by Alec and Robert (the driver and assistant) and were at my location 15 minutes later! These guys were polite, and very professional. They picked up the items and loaded them quickly! Very personable as well as being efficient. Very impressive! I would call this business again without hesitation! Well done! HK

OMG my heros. Just moved and have already called them twice. Phenomenal service, easy to book online! They show up and quote you on the spot (it's by volume) and to me, it's worth every penny. I'm in decluttering mode now and may use them a third time. Highly highly recommend. Both times have booked same day. They are fast, efficient and communicative. Don't waste any more time. They literally take anything (except hazardous stuff). They are also very friendly and professional. Additionally, they will donate to goodwill where it makes sense and other organizations for people in need. Get rid of your junk today!!

They were friendly from the initial introduction and thought the whole process. They really were great and I will definitely request them for future needs!! When you call for an appointment they tell you that they charge based on how much room the mattresses take up on the truck. I give them 2 stars because they did show up on time for the appointment and that's when they told us about the surcharge per mattress. They said it's because the call center is in Canada and don't know about surcharges in certain states. I will say that I had 8 mattress to get rid of but we were told that it would be based off the space they take up which is why we called them in the first place. $585 was the quote for the space and an additional $75 each mattress. We apologized for wasting their time and sent them in their merry way.
