Flower arrangement arrived on time. This was a gift for my sister in-law to let her know that I was thinking of her. She was surprised and said the flowers were beautiful, it will be enjoyed to the last petal.

Points for getting the flowers delivered on time and to the correct address. However, I was very disappointed that the flower arrangement delivered did not look like what the "SUMMER DUNES" looked like online. Wish I could post the picture here, but it doesn't seem to have that option.I used to swear by 1800FLOWERS and their quality, but now I think I will let my Passport subscription expire. They need to hold the local shops accountable for making mistakes and not following the website designs.

1800Flowers is just a platform and I think they contact local flower shops to do the delivery. In my area there must be issues because this is twice my order was not delivered on time. I ordered cookies for a friends birthday and they didnt contact me till after delivery time to let me know they could not deliver on time. Im not sure what the problem is but its a little disappointing

I thought I bought the largest volume of flowers for the selection for around $100. I visited my friend and personally saw the flower arrangement and I instantly was embarrassed of my selection because it was a tiny grouping of flowers. I'm done using this type of flower service.... I was embarrassed buying the largest/biggest grouping for $100...looked like a $15 arrangement that I see at the grocery store for the same $15 price...two stars because it was an on time delivery...

My friend received the flower bouquet in a timely fashion. They simply loved the arrangement of large sunflowers and sent me a picture. They were very happy.

I only buy PLANTS from them. I have had good experiences buying plants. They are nice looking and have even done well replanted. The most recent plant purchase (July2024) was very nicely done and very well received. what I did notice with this order is delivery options were very limited! for past orders, I could pick any product and get it delivered any day I wanted. With this purchase, each product had different delivery options and many were weeks away!Regarding their flower arrangements, I wont buy flowers from them. I learned the hard way that their flower arrangements are poorly done, are never what the pictures display, nor are they fresh looking. And honestly how could they be if they are "shipped" in a dark box and not hydrated, or they work with a "not-so stellar" local flower shop. I've ordered flowers for others that were embarrassing to see what they received. I also had flowers and plants delivered first hand to me for my mother's celebration of life event my at my home. The tulips arrived MOLDY, another flower arrangement was literally falling apart and only the rose **** plant looked nice. Only buy plants if you want the convenience of using them for quick deliveries.
