Beware Ordering from 1800flowers.com I ordered flowers from 1800flowers.com for a grieving family, and unfortunately, the delivery was wrong. Despite calling and complaining, they redelivered, but the order was incorrect again. They offered a partial refund of only 50% of what I paid, and a $15 credit, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. The quality and accuracy of the order did not meet expectations, causing unnecessary distress in a very sensitive situation. Its crucial that such orders are handled with more care and attention, especially in difficult times.

I would give a zero rating but not an option. Worst delivery service ever. Ordered four days in advance and waited until 5:00 on delivery date to call and say delivery would not be made. The delivery was for my three year old granddaughter's birthday. Never ever use this company.,

Awful service I placed a same day service before 11am only to get a call back ( mail) at 430 to tell me there was a problem with my order When I called back the agent said there were no problem with my order and to callback after 8 pm if it wasn't delivered and basically hung up on me I called back again to be told they had to local florists avail to make a delivery and they were sorry but did I want a refund and if I wanted they could call my recipient and apology for me When I asked to talk to a supervisor all I got was a we are sorry this is bad service but we really appreciate your business ... if they had called me in a timely manner I could have arranged a different delivery .

I've always ordered flowers through them but the last two times that it was really important didn't come through I will never use them again I used them once every two weeks . The last time was a birthday they didn't get their flowers and today was for something special they didn't get their flowers and all they told me was we can't get a hold of the florist the first time I didn't get my refund till 2 weeks later and now all they offered me is a refund which will probably take another 2 weeks I don't understand what's going on with them they used to be good but you flowers has been better with dealing with customers I don't recommended using 1-800 Flowers Anymore they are horrible when it comes to resolving issues

ZERO. Don't ever order from this company. I recently ordered a XL Heartfelt Sympathy Lavender basket for a colleague's mom funeral. I spent $216 and was given the runaround that they either could not deliver to residence address or that product was unavailable. After changing the flower to something comparable and changing address to church, they still couldn't deliver the ***lacement flowers on the date requested. I get a third call and the *** said we could change it back to original item since it was being delivered to new address but the date of delivery had to change. When I received a confirmation that my flowers were delivered, the image shows what I ordered, but surprisingly my colleague sent me a picture of two flower baskets received that looks nothing like the item ordered. I was offered refund of $106.45, but I have yet to see it on my card. This company is a big scam. They don't send what you order and mis***resent what was delivered. Additionally most of the ***resentatives don't speak English or can really help you. Send this to your executives in customer care. I will be reaching out to them via LinkedIn as well.

i purchase a gift basket 12-4-2024 for 124$ that wasn’t even worth 40$ when i looked into returning the basket they offered to refund half the cost and would issue a refund of 61.99 on my debit card which is what i used to purchase there product no refund was ever returned to my account i’ve checked with my bank after they sent a confirmation email on the refund no refund still after multiple phone calls with customer service management there executive solution team and final there loyalty team multiple calls ours on hold and no results i’ve never filed a claim against anyone but feel this is the only satisfaction alternative

this company is a scam. They'll take your money. Say they'll deliver your flowers and they never deliver your flowers. Read all the reviews everyone's not getting their flowers or they get something completely different from the picture. Then they hide behind the phone and just let the oriental people they answer the phone handle the problems which they can't handle anything order directly from the floor, so that's what I should've done. That's what you should do.

Do not buy anything of this companies brands, rip off and send flowers that die shortly after being delivered. Harry and david products quality service etc have gone to crap, the original owners actually cared. These new owners do not. They charge my card even after they ship my item. No trust. I've bought all kinds of things from all the companies they own and no more.

The absolute worst flowers I ever received. Most of the flowers I received were wilted and dried out. They were the absolute worst bouquet i ever received as a gift. I would never advise anyone to use your business.

I ordered edible arrangements gift in the morning that supposed to be delivered the same day. At 10 am I received an email that it is getting prepared. At 1 PM next email was saying that they made an attempt to deliver ( not true- everyone was home and they have contact phone number). I contacted them at 4 pm through chat. First ***** said that they just proceeded the order and email was a mistake. That they have a time till 8 pm for delivery. I contacted them after 7 pm again. Next ***** said that they will deliver on Monday( today is Saturday) . I said that it was a birthday gift , and birthday is today, so it is no point to do so on Monday and I requested refund. She said she cant do it till 8 pm. Third time I contacted them at 8:10 and guess what - they cant process my refund because someone else is reviewing the order and they cant see it . Be aware of this scum company.

My experience with 1800 Flowers customer service has been horrible. I purchased the passport membership to allow for free shipping. This passport has never been 'registered' to my account according to MANY CS reps, and therefore, I incur shipping charges and am told I have to call in to have the charge removed each time I place an order. This is not ideal and a huge waste of time. I've called / e-mail / messaged SEVERAL times to get this resolved and each time I get someone who tells me the issue is 'being fixed' but it never is. It's infuriating to receive such bad customer service for something that should be a simple fix. Yet another company that takes your $ yet offers no customer service to fix their issues. I just want what I paid for...is this too much to ask?

I paid to have my flowers delivered in a window, yes it is extra. The flowers were not delivered during the window of time, causing me to have to rearrange my day. Their chat customer service was worthless saying they would be delivered by the end of the day. When I asked for the delivery fee for the time window be returned, they stopped communicating and ignored further attempts to contact them

Said delivered and was not, wanted refund because surprise was not a surprise anymore when I called to see how they liked the flowers and it was a no show! 1800Flowers.com told me to wait for a refund in case they delivered them. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY ANYMORE. JUST SOME FOLKS BEING THE MIDDLEMAN! Call the local florist and get what you want... This place "1800flowers" is junk...

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I even paid extra to rush the delivery for next day. The status report I got for delivery was that they attempted to deliver but were unable. No details about what happened. My daughter's apartment has a receptionist to receive deliveries and they didn't get anything. 1800Flowers had my daughter's phone number and she was never called in the attempt to deliver. I spent an hour and twenty minutes on hold trying to get through to their customer service and finally had to disconnect. I must have heard "1800Flowers wants to provide you with exceptional customer service" a hundred times. Talk, talk, talk but it means nothing. I was finally able to get a customer service agent on their online chat and all they could say was "I apologize for the inconvenience". I will never use this service again and I will point people to other services instead.

I ordered flowers for delivery and they call me 3 times in one day telling me different issues then it happened again the next and the next day the same that. The flowers were never delivered but they had my money and just didn’t bother to let me know. I had to reach back out to them after a week of original delivery date and they didn’t deliver them.

I had to confirm this with the recipient. 1800 Flowers resent the flowered SO THEY SAID BUT AGAIN SAME THING. I placed an order on December 30 that was scheduled to be delivered in on December 30. I received a text and an email stating it was delivered. However, it was NOT delivered. I tried using the web chat, and they said they would send a delivery the next day (December 31). I could see that the order was scheduled to be delivered on December 31. I received a phone call and tried to return the call, but each time I called, they told me to call back in 10 minutes. One person just hung up on me. The order was never delivered. So I called back on January 2. It turns out, the order was canceled, but I was never informed. So if I had never called, they would have just kept my money without ever delivering the flowers. Extremely sketchy. The person i spoke with on January 2 tried to help me find a replacement bouquet (because the one I chose was no longer available). However, each time I chose one, it was not available in the local area of delivery. So I just asked for a refund. Awful awful experience. I will never use this service again.

I placed an order with 1-800 Flowers for my son who is in the hospital alone. I couldn't be with him because I was sick myself at home. I was sent an email stating that delivery was attempted but that my son was not there to receive it. That was a lie. My son never left the hospital room. I talked to the company three different times trying to get the address right for the delivery and they never got it right. I kept getting emails stating that delivery was attempted. It was beyond ridiculous. This occurred over several days.
