I have loved 12th tribe for several years now. I recently had to contact customer service over a very minimal flaw and they not only responded in record time but the resolution was even better than I anticipated. It really impressed me from start to finish.

Customer service was great! When I ordered my wife a jumpsuit for her birthday that had some issues, they quickly offered to resolve the issue and gave multiple options to correct the problem. We will gladly order again in the future.

Return policy is very ridiculous. 12-18 business days for a return of payment. First & last time shopping with this company. The item that was purchased was overpriced, cheaply made and thin.

I’ve shopped here for YEARS and it’s VERY hit/miss. Most recently my Mother purchased a sweater set from here for my birthday. I opened my present and immediately discovered a hole on the back of the sweater. And one leg is longer than the other, nice… I immediately reached out to ask for an exchange and was told “it’s been more than 15 days”. So WARNING ⚠️ don’t purchase presents for family/friends at 12thTribe, they won’t be able to exchange them even when the items are defective. As others have mentioned the sizing is all over the place: I wear a xsmall in some items and a medium in others. I’ve also submitted a complaint thru the BBB and some other online review forums.

When my first order was lost, their customer service team was great at responding to me right away to come up with a solution. Once my clothes did arrive, they fit true to how they were advertised.

I have had really great luck with 12th Tribe! I am always hesitant to try new companies but the items I have received have been so cute and great quality. They also had great customer service on an item I needed to return - super responsive and accommodating. I will order again and again!

I ordered a dress that was needed for a special occasion and paid the shipping cost for next day to ensure it arrived on time. This company claims to have put the correct zip code on the label; however, UPS says otherwise. I contacted this company to help resolve the issue, and they refuse saying it is out if their hands and will be of no further assistance. I contacted UPS to correct this company's error but my package is still sitting at a warehouse for days now. I have ordered before from this company with no issues. Once they have your money and do not offer anything other than store credit on returns they do not care about customer service. Update: 12th Tribe agreed to send me the dress I paid for via USPS without charging shipping and I agreed it could be done via regualr mail since I no longer needed the dress for a specific occassion.The latest tracking shows the address was once again labeled wrong and sitting idle. It is now January 18th, and I was supposed to receive this dress in December...same story different month.

Love this site! They have so many cute unique styles! I got a bunch of cute outfits for my bridal era from here and since then every cute clothes for many other events! They have great customer service as well they are so quick to respond and always willing to help resolve anything that comes up! Highly recommend!

While some of the clothes are trendy and cute, I cannot shop from this company anymore. Everything is very overpriced for how cheaply made it all is. Most of my purchases have begun to fall apart within two wears. Their return policy is horrendous — 15 days, even during the holidays, $10 return fee, no exchanges, 16 day “inspection processing time” for returns before you can receive store credit that expires within 12 months. It’s overpriced fast fashion that has good marketing. Use reverse image lookup for anything you want and you’ll likely be able to find it for cheaper elsewhere.

This company SUCKS with its returns, and the clothes aren't worth this hassle. Not only did it not even allow me to get my money back (it only allowed me to choose store credit), but when I went to the post office to send it back, I had to pay for it. EVEN THOUGH it's supposed to be a prepaid label, it only covered 4 ounces! That's less than the weight of the dress! Don't bother with them. It looks cute, but the quality is not great for the price either. Save your money and time

Ordered a $150 coat as a gift for Christmas. They took 3 days to email me that they didn’t have it anymore which messed my gifting process up. Everyone knows holiday shopping can be stressful, 12th Tribe made it worse for me.

I ordered an outfit online on 11/27. Still have no package and carrier doesn’t have package or delivery information. Have contacted OnTrac (carrier) and 12th tribe customer service. I still dont have my package or any resolution to this issue. I was told once I get my package I can return, the problem is It doesnt seem like Im ever going to get the package. I was told since I didnt buy insurance for my package, Cant do anything! This is absolutely ridiculous! I order online from so mang plqces and never been told to buy insurance!! At tbis point Im opening a case with my credit card company to dispute thr charges! Do not order from them!!!

Their customer service is friendly, quick, and efficient. I could not locate a package, so I emailed their customer service. Within the hour, they responded with a picture of the package delivery as well as additional delivery information. We emailed back and forth quickly and efficiently! I have since located my package thanks to their super helpful staff. This is the type of customer service that creates loyal customers! I could not be happier.
