I've waited months to post this mainly because I don't complain.
This is as warning. It took me a long time to recover from this poor doctor- patient relationship
My counselor let me go because I rescheduled one too many times. 4 times in 12 months she said. I never once cancelled. I had to reschedule because of pain management, and recovery from a major internal surgery
I had a major surgery while I was in their care and had to recover for 4-6 months.
My counselor also new that abandonment was a major issue with me as well as not trusting doctors since I went septic because of a missed diagnosis
My counselor said she was forced to because of an internal rule about rescheduling appointments.
Which turns out wasn't entirely truthful. And being ENTIRELY truthful is the ONLY way to be a counselor IMO
But I had another doctor, Dr Rosemary Mensah, through here that prescribed me my medicine and she didn't kick me out. She even said she received that email but because she understood my surgical history, she replied that there was no need to terminate their care as I was actively involved and still desired help. I very much still needed to make changes to my mental health while my physical health was being repaired with sutures.
Needless to say....she was a very VERY poor counselor IMO
I would not use this company for that reason alone.
To Dr Rosemary Mensah here....you were spectacular. Very much appreciated. I would recommend her to those seeking help.
