Very Good Quality Aparthotel
☺ This aparthotel feels and looks very new. We liked the space in our 2-bedroomed unit, it was plain and functional rather than luxurious but had everything we wanted. Nice balcony overlooking the town and out to sea/cliffs. Swimming pool very pleasant. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. We liked the location high up above the town as it is quiet and away from the mostly dreadful bar music and various live singing.
☹ Personally not keen on memory-foam mattresses on beds as I find them hot. Breakfast doesn't start until 0830 - this was not great for us as we like to get up and get out to make the most of holidays. It also means that there is a bit of a rush as lots of people clearly want to get in when it starts and this makes it busier than it needs to be. Parking in the terraces near the hotel is a a bit of a lottery and we had to walk quite a long way with luggage on the day we arrived. Some bits of Los Gigantes are OK (the harbour and the Santiago walkway) but we didn't think much of the rest of it as it is tired and scruffy.

Very good value for the price!
☺ We absolutely loved the view from our apartement. It was also cleaned regularly with high quality. Pool area was also nice with plenty of room. Breakfast had a nice variety to our taste.
We stayed for an entire week and during the stay it was also my birthday, loved the effort of balloons and the complementary bubbles in the room. Will definately stay here again if in Tenerife!
☹ If anything, then we had a bit difficulty on finding a parking space midday, no issues in the evening.

☺ The view was nice and the breakfast was fine but started quite late so we had to wait around some days.
☹ The food overall wasn't great. We paid for all the dinner options they offered but the quality wasn't really up to par, especially not for a Christmas meal.

☹Leichte Geruchsbelästigung Inder Küche ( Abfluss) - optimaler wären ausgedehntere Schwimmbadzeiten , insbesondere vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit ( vor 8.30 Uhr) sowie anstatt bis 18 Uhr ( zumindest 1 Stunde länger.

☺ Terrific views and staff are all amazing from reception to the cleaning staff. So obliging and friendly! Rooms are well kitted out with dish washing materials/tea towels
☹ There is a steep climb coming from the town up to the property so if you like exploring and have mobility issues it might be a bit difficult. However lots of older people managed the hill daily
