Fabulous apartment in a great location
☺ A great apartment in a great location. Spacious, two bathrooms, great living area. Loads of storage space and coat hangers! So many places give you three coat hangers but there was loads. Loved the outdoor space and the bbq.
☹ There was nothing we didn’t like. The kitchen was well equipped but a few extra plates and some smaller glasses would be great but certainly not essential.

Hi Jonathan,
I am disappointed to hear that the apartment did not meet your expectations. The unit you stayed in is the exact unit that the photos were taken.
As we advised you at check in, the secure parking garage only allows one way traffic, with a number of spaces to pull aside to let others pass. Care needs to be taken when navigating the car park, but this is not unusual in an inner city apartment block.
The building and apartment are secure, so with proper precautions from the residents and our guests there should be no concerns about security.
The balcony was cleaned before your arrival, we apologies if any dust had settled in the time that it was cleaned and your arrival. Some external windows of the unit can not be accessed without specialist equipment, so are not cleaned as often as the accessible windows.

☺ Roomy apartment, very clean, well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, full size cooktop and oven and coffee machine with pods supplied. Lots of natural light. Main bathroom and en-suite. Great location if you have a car to get around. Secure parking at no additional cost

☺ Large & clean apartment with good sized balcony. 5th floor of 12 floor building, water views. Suitable for a family. 3 bedrooms, 3 comfy king size beds (that can be split if needed). Kitchen well equipped, only lacked a jug or dish to use for microwave cooking. Modern appliances, particularly washing machine & dryer. Location excellent for our needs, walking distance to Civic Theatre. One block from foreshore, beautiful walk. Walking distance to grocery shops & restaurants. Two light rail stops within walking distance.
☹ Having to collect keys at an alternate location. Didn't like electric stovetop (too hot so burned food - I have gas cooktop at home) so used oven to make meals.
