Bryan did a supreme job! He made sure to inspect everything and spent a lot of time ensuring that the job was done well. He also made sure that the traps and poison were not going to harm my dog, which was great. I highly recommend! Thanks :)

Critter Control saved the day (and the raccoon too!). A not-very-friendly racoon had taken up residence in our crawl space, and Jarrett (based in Flagstaff) figured out a humane way to get him out safely with a one way door. The service was responsive, on time, and as promised—hard to find these days! Thank you!

I can't say enough about Jarrett and Critter Control! From the moment I met him to the day he completed our job, Jarrett was top notch! He is very thorough and courteous and was extremely respectful of our property.

We had a terrible problem with woodpeckers pecking holes in our stucco (over 20 holes). After years of trying every solution we could find on Amazon and the internet, we called Critter Control. They came out, assessed our problem, and recommended a solution that has been effective (for a month so far, which is the longest time we’ve ever been woodpecker free)! The technicians were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. We then had a raccoon in our crawlspace that had babies. Again, we called them and they recommended a solution that appears to have been successful and the techs that came out this time were also knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. They charge a bit more than others might, but their effectiveness and consistently great service makes it well worth it.

I was having an issue with rock/ground squirrels that was beginning to get out of hand and wasn’t really sure who to call that could do something other than gassing or poison. Critter control came up while google searching and to be honest wasn’t sure how legit they were. My fears were alleviated on free consultation with Jarrett up in Flagstaff. After inspection, he told me with confidence how many he thought were living there, how long to catch them and couple ideas how to prevent them coming back. His estimates for live trapping and total squirrels were spot on. He was very knowledgeable about the job and animals around our area and I would not hesitate to use them again!!

We have been using Critter Control for approximately 6 years and have received excellent service. We live on the edge of the city and the forest and have had to deal with Bats, rodents of all sizes, and skunks. All of our issues have been handled with immediate attention and the highest professional quality one could expect. Joel Shea is our newest service professional and he is conscientious and is passionate about his work! Great Service! I have to say the monthly service fee offsets the cost of replacing outdoor furniture and cushions every year!

I have house mouse and (yard) gopher problems. I contacted the company. Jarret and his assistant came and did a very thorough inspection for about 2 hours. They are very friendly. What I like about them most is that Jarret is very knowledgeable. He gave me very useful knowledge about various aspects of pest control. He also taught me things that I can do myself. Long story short, I feel comfortable dealing with them because of their knowledge and trustworthiness. Before I contacted them, I already talked to three others. Some are just nonlocal contractors, and some didn't seem to know more than I do. Therefore, I highly recommend this company.

I called critter control on 2/12/2024 to remove skunks living under my deck. Jarret came out the same day I called.
He walked up on my deck and said he thought I had a dead skunk under it and that it would probably be in the left corner by the porch. He shoveled the snow from that area, shined his flashlight in the crack AND THERE IT WAS. He removed one board from the deck, removed the skunk, disinfected, deodorized, checked to make sure nothing else was under it, then replaced the board. The price was even lower than than the quoted price. We talked for a while and he answered all the questions I asked. He is so knowledgeable about all wildlife and so nice! He is amazing!! I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs this service.

We highly recommend Critter Control for eviction of wild critters and securing the point of entry. Jarrett responded promptly to our initial inquiry about small animal (skunk or raccoon) habitation in crawl space. He scheduled subsequent work around holidays and snow storms and always notified us when he would be coming to our property. The final replacement of the old wooden crawl space door was a sleek metal door that snaps in place. He cleared the work area when finished. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and advice.

Jarrett and Spencer did a great job of critter proofing my cabin in Munds Park. They went above and beyond for me with the addition of two 2x4’s and piling up big rocks along my deck barrier. They were professional, polite and very knowledgeable about ridding my cabin of its resident skunks. The one way doors are far better than trapping and relocating the animals. Without the critter proof barriers they installed more skunks would show up. I have peace of mind knowing no more critters can get under my house and decks!
