This company is really great to deal with, very accommodating and makes travel easy - even during a pandemic. Also I had a bunch of travel credit with them pre covid and they kept track of everything for me and made the best use of the credit I have for travel now. Highly recommend!!

I have been using the services of Worldgo as my travel agent for both my business and personal travel for 2 years. We have a team in excess of 30+ staff at Western Wealth Capital and Worldgo consistently offers exceptional service. They respond to all travel requests in under 20 minutes, and do their very best to book any request as soon as possible in order to secure the best price available. There are often last minute changes to bookings, and these requests are dealt with professionally and smoothly. I would like to acknowledge the superior service provided by the Worldgo travel team. Every year I show up in early December and ask the impossible, put together a month long trip in some far flung region of the world, which they do with results in accommodation and flight arrangements that are first class. This is additionally backed up by a 'concierge level' of service to arrange tours, travel updates, and accommodation upgrades on the fly. One specific example is on one trip flying out of South America. The regional carrier I was flying on had three consecutive flights cancelled. This was time sensitive as I needed to connect with my tour to Manchu Pichu which is highly regulated by the government and Park services, if you miss one portion you miss it all. With one call the Worldgo team booked me on three successive flights as a backup so i would have priority on departing so I could make my tour connection. I honestly couldn't trust any other travel team to manage my requirements with the same personal level of service. I highly recommend their personalized approach to travel and their service offering.
