User-friendly but needs minor fixes The system is very user-friendly and effective. However, we found a minor glitch, and it would be great if you could fix it soon. I've converted a Word document to an HTML file. It looks perfect in the old Outlook, but the content aligns differently in the New Outlook. So we do not see exactly the same result using the same file.

A real time saver for people who need to manage website content. I work for an e-commerce company selling kitchenware and I have to put the product descriptions on our websites. Easy to use and post on websites That I don't have to do the coding manually. Sometimes, I have to enter it into an HTML editor to get it to look just right on some website pages. It helps me with the time it takes me to post job openings on my site.

Great, but would be 5-stars if some key bugs were addressed Generally love, but it does have some odd quirks that can be frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Bullets are often translated to numeric items (ul coding should have been applied, but ol coding is applied instead)... especially with sub-bullets. Extra span and div coding always shows up with bullets, even though I have a cleanup template that uses the preset toggle buttons and attributes settings to exclude them. When I click on something in the Visual HTML Editor, it's supposed to take me to the applicable coding in the HTML Editor. Sometimes this works, but often times it doesn't and will instead take me to something similar in another section of the content.
