Outstanding Service
Overall the service is outstanding, both onsite and the time in between appointments when parts needed to be procured for a 15 year old HVAC, in the middle of a heat wave. I highly recommend Amine and his team’s business, especially if you need services in beyond English (Spanish, Arabic, French). Understand that because of this, their services are in high demand.
I was fortunate to get a last minute diagnostic check on a Monday, calling just an evening prior. I was not even aware which condensing unit belonged to my home, beyond the brand. Amine provided services both days he was onsite was very methodical in his approach, finding the outdoor unit among several, determining which parts needed to be replaced, and which services to help extend the life of an older unit rather than shelling out over 10K for a new unit.
The following day, Amine graciously spent hours tracking down a suitable motor for my outdoor unit in addition to replacing a very hold capacitor during the diagnostic. I venture to say this level of personalized service, especially during a heat wave, would not come cheap, if at all.
Overall, I highly recommend this service for HVAC repair.

Amine is the at most professional and expert when it came to solving my HVAC/furnace issue. He explained everything in detail and made sound recommendations for a current fix and future replacement on my 33 year old unit. It is good to know that honest companies like Dr HVAC Inc still exist and put the consumer first.

Absolute fantastic experience. Amine was great. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get our furnace up and running. We got the truth with no upsell. The only place we will call in the future for our HVAC needs.

This is the first time ever that I’m writing a review for a service. I’m impressed and grateful to Mr. Amine Halloule of Dr HVACINC for the expedited service he rendered in restoring our furnace after we had gone a whole weekend sleeping in the cold. He’s so professional with attention to detail and after a few minutes of diagnosis he knew exactly what the problem was, and within 3 days he was able to order a part from the vendor and fixed the problem. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs it.

I normally never write reviews on services and products. Dr. HVAC was the 3rd service provider I contacted for an issue with my home HVAC system. The first 2 technicians from the other companies misdiagnosed the problem altogether, stating that our 6 year old system coils needed replacing. And the cost to fix the issue would be fairly expensive.
Amine from Dr HVAC contacted me ahead of time and asked for our unit’s information before our appt date. He examined the entire unit, ran tests and diagnostics, fixed the issue for a much lower cost. The coils were still new, looked new, and he found no issues w them. I appreciated that Amine explained exactly what he was looking for, what he was doing and what he found. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Our system works great. Thanks again Amine and Dr. HVAC.

Amine was very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately found out what the problem was with our furnace. The price he quoted was the price we paid. Amine also told us it's very important to maintain your system so we have already scheduled a maintenance call this month. We highly recommend Amine at Dr. HVAC. Excellent service, friendly, and informative!!!! He came out and diagnosed the issue with our ductless ac unit in our upstairs loft and provided an estimate. We scheduled for him to come back out to complete the work and now everything is working beautifully!! If you have any HVAC needs, this is the company to call get the job done!!

Highly recommend the Dr HVAC team. My furnace broke down this fall on first use(with the cold nights approaching) and they were able to quickly come on site, assess, and repair the issue. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Will use again.

Amine and his team were prompt, responsive and provided excellent service. I called Dr. HVAC after my old HVAC unit died, and they replaced the entire HVAC unit within 3 days from when I first called them.They also me register the product with the manufacturer after everything was all set and done. The pricing was also very competitive and lower than many other quotes I received. Overall I am very satisfied with the service Amine and his team provided and I look forward to working with them in the future if I ever have any HVAC problems/inquiries.

Dr. HVAC was very professional and quick to fix my dampers so the flow of the air can navigate through out my house..A little disappointed in my previous AC company with the bad information I received..I gave 5 stars to Dr. HVAC, as he was running around my house to make sure we can sleep comfortably at night..LOL..Love the confidence he shows and gives..

AC went out Friday evening. Called Saturday morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. Quickly diagnosed the issue gave me a reasonable quote and completed the repair.

Dr HVAC are simply amazing!!! My AC was having issues and they were able to get to me the next day. They were clear on their arrival time showed up early then guided me on what was occurring to cause the issue and what they could do to remedy the issue as well as prevent it from occurring again. They were polite, professional and went above and beyond my expectations along with incredibly fair prices which is very difficult to find in NoVA. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their AC systems.
