You can stop searching around now, you have found the right guys! My boiler wouldn't fire up and I had no hot water, I found the company through a well timed local newsletter through my door. After sending through a quick email detailing the error message on the boiler and asking about a callout, David replied and suggested that it might be worth just having a service as he thought it would probably solve the issue. We managed to organise a time (despite my busy calendar) and David visited with colleague Scott exactly on time. It didn't take them long to identify the issue (blocked/full condenser filter) and had it cleaned out and finished the rest of the service. Within the hour I was back to hot running water. Quick Professional Knowledgable Friendly Honest Great correspondence Reasonably priced I'll be getting a yearly service with these guys and for certain they will be my go to if I have any other problems. They definitely live up to their good reviews!

Honestly, I can't rate these guys highly enough. We'd just returned from holiday when the boiler died. We asked them to come out and take a look, which they did very quickly. They confirmed the boiler had sadly died and was not economical to repair, showing me the multiple issues and talking me through my options. After agreeing that a boiler replacement was the best option. I was sent a dynamic invoice with options on what boilers were in my budget, really streamlining the decision making process. They arrived today to fit the new boiler, and have really done a clean job, also not leaving any mess whatsoever. A very awesome service all around, I will definitely be using them for the annual servicing. Thanks again, Luke.
