A Dermatologiest Office is Better
Just don't start, go to a real dermatologist. Much cheaper. I explained to the company that the Rx was too strong. On the lowest dose, it still made my skin break out. I mixed it with some lotion and it worked great. I saw some improvement in my dark spots. I also get skin treatments, and I can't use retinol 2 weeks out of that month every 3 months. This makes me use less. You can only skip two months with their product. I have SO many bottles that are expiring, it is a WASTE of money. They will not help you with your individual needs, so why is this a prescription? If this were a doctor's office, why would they prescribe you more "medicine" than you need? This company should not be able to claim they have a dermatology or write a prescription if they don't meet the individual needs of the patient and over-prescribe just to make money. I have used them for almost 3 years.

This skincare line works wonders for me. I used it and drifted away. My skin became a mess, and I'm back to using it again. I really like the products because they work fast and I see almost immediate results. I've been to dermatologists, and this is the best my skin has looked .
Go to the derm instead
I love that they offer you the chance to get samples with your first order before committing and give you the first month free. The products are nice but just okay. No irritation, but nothing memorable. My provider was very professional and prompt with answering my questions, but there are a few things that made me side-eye this company. First off, two of my products came with defective pumps (they replaced them, but it still delays therapy). One defective pump I could understand, but two? And while I love pumps for keeping things airtight, the packaging felt cheap and I suspect I couldn’t get all of the product out, but the pumps are impossible to break open for scooping out. This service is also pretty expensive (currently $80 for two months). Additionally, I ran out quickly because I put it on my neck too and I wrote in asking if neck usage was factored into “a month’s supply.” I was told I could use it there if I wanted to and I could just request my next order earlier. It also seemed weird to me that you could request certain ingredients be added to your formula - shouldn’t the skincare experts be in charge of that? All in all, I think it’s more worth it to visit a derm and get a year’s prescription of tretinoin. At least then you get to talk face to face instead of uploading a good or bad picture and letting someone write a script based on that.

I started this personalized skin subscription very recently but I am very excited and happy about what it has achieved in such a short time. For now I can only talk about the ✨Cream oil cleanser: it is an excellent facial cleanser, it removes all makeup very easily, I use it after moistening my face and massaging in circular motions, you can see how it removes makeup, the best thing is that with a small amount you can get good results. When you remove it with plenty of water, it leaves the skin very soft with a feeling of cleanliness and hydration, It has no fragrance. ✨Future Formula: it is a special lotion for my skin type and the current condition I have on my skin is composed of: Tretinoin, acetylsalicylic acid, niacinamide and tranexamic acid, for now I have only been using it for a few days but I have noticed changes in my skin, especially in the pores and some acne spots, It has no fragrance.
Skin improvement
I’ve been using Agency skincare for six months. The active ingredients such as tretinoin, azelaic acid, and niacinimide have really made an improvement in my skin. My fine lines have slightly diminished, and the texture, and redness have improved. No scent is noticed. I do find it a bit pricey, but you can skip months.
This stuff really works!!
I have been a committed Agnecy customer since 2021, though I started with Curology the year before. These people know what they’re doing. Tretinoin has been so good to me and I love how they make formulas that fit your skin’s unique needs. Their free trial offer is the bomb.com, and the fact that they have such a generous free trial should tell you that they know they have a good product (good productS, actually). Their products aren’t scented, which I love and think should be common place when it comes to cosmetics, but that’s just me. Packaging-wise, while I think it looks fine, the packaging-to-product ratio is kind of absurd. It’s like 30-40% product and 60-70% packaging. However, I do love that the pump gives the perfect amount of product for your whole face in one pump, so there’s no guesswork of how much you need to use. I haven’t used other Tretinoin products so I’m not sure how the price compares, but it’s not inexpensive. Luckily, you don’t really need anything besides the Future Formula, a sunscreen, a face wash and a moisturizer in order to have a great daily routine. I recommend everyone give this a try. I have been using the agency's future formula for about 3 weeks. I have already noticed a difference around my mouth and some on my forehead. It helps those little lines disappear for good. Feels amazing to put on and makes your face feel as if you've already used the moisturizer. As a stand alone outside of the rest of the skincare routine I give future formula a 5 out of 5 stars.
Didn't work for me
Very mixed feelings after using it for over a year. There were a lot of complaints about packaging not working - never had issues with mine. Some people said their skin got worse, massive break outs - didn't have that either. I continued to increase the strength and it got to a point where I was peeling non-stop. So we changed the prescription again. With all of the above and over a year of using it - i did not see any outstanding results. Or any results at all. My forehead - the only area where I actually need it - stayed the same, i mean a year older with no improvements lol. The rest of my face was not a concern so once it stopped peeling, I could not really see any difference. I know for this lack of results I can get a cheaper subscription or see a derm and actually get something that works!
The best.
Have been using for a few months now , the sample lasted me a while since I had to work my way up because I have normal to dry skin , but this is my second order and I’m using it more consistently, definitely seeing some improvement in my skin, a little pricier than others , but I love that I can message my provider and get quick responses and updates on my formula , and the packaging is great, can wait to see how my skin improved over time.
Personalized Skincare
I love this Future Formula product. These products are specifically created for your skin type, so this will vary depending on the user. My product contained Tretinoin so it did have a “purge” in the beginning where my skin was red and flaky. You have to give this product time to work it’s magic and make your skin flawless!
It's good
It's terrible, and they won't sell the products individually.
If you finish one of the lotions before the other ones , you are screwed up, they won't let you buy anything else, you gotta wait for your next shipment from the subscription and you will end up having extra lotions from the ones that you are not using the most.
A mess, not a good business, not a good customer service. I won't recommend it to anybody.
