I highly recommend Window Works Co. I learned of the company when admiring windows/doors of friends from church who had multiple doors and windows installed by Window Works and they recommended Window Works. While only purchasing 1 door and window, Jeff, the owner, spent significant time in the shop with my wife and me explaining different window and door options and seeking to understand just what we were looking for. Throughout the ordering and delivery process Jeff, his son Justin, and Lindsay in customer service/finance, were responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. Jeff, although not expected, delivered my door when it arrived. When there was a math mistake in the bill summarizing the total cost, when the store was actually owed more due to a tax miscalculation, they incurred the difference at a loss, honoring the original invoice. The doors and windows they carry are of high quality. We ordered a DSA Alexandria mahogany front door which our contractor installed and stained and an Anderson window with simulated divided light. Couldn't be happier.

A small piece in the mechanism of my deck door broke. I took it to Window Works Co. Not only did they identify the broken piece immediately, they had that part in their misc. parts box, which they gave me without charge. Great service. Door fixed. Thanks.

As a DIY installer I was very happy with all of the answers I received to my questions. After I made the decision to go with the Anderson windows, Window Works came to my house to verify my measurements. This made me feel much more secure with a special order! When my windows came in, they were delivered to me in perfect condition. I am very glad I went to Window Works, they really know windows! I recommend them highly.

Originally, I thought these guys were great. They talk a great game. They are very friendly. But let a couple years go by and when there is a problem, they do not stand behind the work for the product. They blame all problems on the contractor who installed their windows, and they take no accountability. Before you buy from them, make sure you have in writing what the warranty is especially on the labor. Also be very clear on what the labor includes… They get very into the nuances / their definition of labor to escape responsibility. They compare their warranty to others in the business… Kelly Windows, for example gives a lifetime warranty, not on the product, but also on the labor. Jeff told me his warranty on the labor is one year. Beware.

We understand that you’re frustrated, and we’re sorry that we couldn’t help you out further. We are confused that in your review you cite issues with your windows, as per our records it is your door that has had operational issues. We are certainly willing to discuss any issues you’re having with your windows and invite you to contact us to discuss them. Regarding our labor agreement; you purchased windows and doors from us in 2017 and hired an independent contractor to install them. This is why we do not have a signed labor agreement; we were never contracted to install your products. When the door you purchased began leaking and the panels no longer opened, we offered to adjust them for you. At the time, we discussed with you that the slope of your deck being angled toward your home, as well as the door being installed below the deck planking, would continue to cause issues. When you again encountered issues, we recommended an independent contractor at your request, who confirmed our recommendations. Continuing to adjust the door will not resolve the issue, because the water drainage from your deck will continue to cause damage and product failure over time. We firmly believe in taking accountability for our work. We are committed to providing our customers with clear expectations and honest advice. We believe that we have honored those commitments in this case. Our advice is to contact the contractor who installed your doors and built your deck. Thank you again for your feedback. Jeff and team always do a great job. They did full window replacement for us with Anderson Windows.. The windows are a perfect fit, and detail on trim reinstall was outstanding. Kept job site clean every day, and offered the best price for Anderson Windows

We were recently in the process of trying to replace 27 windows and 4 doors in our home and had received several quotes that were well above our price range, but also well above what we thought was reasonable. After almost giving up on the project, we were given a referral to go talk to window works. We haven’t blinked at that decision. They were completely reasonable (not cheap, but fair) and we were able to get complete replacements with the top of the line windows for nearly the same price as the vinyl inserts from other companies. Their staff was very courteous of our cats, respectful of our home and even helped walk us through many of our decisions as we weren’t familiar with windows before this process. I highly recommended using Window Works for any of your window and/or door needs.

Window Works team replaced 30 original windows with Anderson 400 Series including 2 custom palladium units. Based on the quality job, we rehired them again to replace 3 doors (2 Reeb smooth-star fiberglass and 1 custom Anderson door). Jeff and team excel at planning, communication, attention to installation detail and, equally important, rapid real-time follow up on any support issues. Highly recommend.

Our windows and doors look amazing and changed the look of our home..from old windows with grids to open bronze finished elevated windows and french door sliders. From ordering to install, Window Works was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained all options and answered all questions. From the beginning of selecting which window line to install to installation and finishing the project, Jeff and his staff were always professional, arrived on time and were truly experts in the window installation industry. The quality of not only the actual window, but craftsmanship with installation and trimming out the window was beyond expectation. We highly recommend Window Works. Had a great experience with an entire house window replacement, approximately 25 windows removed and replaced with Anderson 400 Series Woodwright windows. Owners Jeff and his son Justin took the time to detail all aspects of the job including options, cost , timeframe etc. The installation crew led by foreman Will were top notch carpenters who are masters at their craft. They are highly skilled , courteous , clean and the crew was punctual every day. If you are looking to have your windows replaced Window Works should be at the top of your list !

Window Works did full window replacement for 13 windows. They had the Andersen windows we wanted, and they are certified to install them so your warranty is protected. They did an amazing job. They were on time every day, they worked quickly, they were professional, they cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend them!
