Working with Jeff Reif at Window Works has been an absolute pleasure. I replaced nearly all of the windows in my 30 year old home with Anderson windows and from start to finish, Jeff and his team did an outstanding job. In our case, Jeff's crew was led by Will Heelan who exceeded our expectations in terms of outstanding knowledge, and craftsmanship. Will and his crew went above and beyond to meet our needs and requests and that alone made a huge difference. I would highly reccomend using Window Works for anyone looking to replace their windows.

Window Works replaced all of our windows on our 30 year old house. They were responsive, attentive, easy to work with, and did high quality work. These Anderson windows were not the cheapest windows, but they are quality windows. We got what we paid for. They also replaced a screen and sash that had minor defects, with no fuss. If you want a quality job done I highly recommend them. I am loving being able to open and close my windows so easily and enjoy this beautiful fall weather!

We were quoted over $12,000 for a French casement window (no center mullion when opened) from another manufacturer on a home build to replace a window that was chosen by the builder before we bought the home. We were told it couldn’t be removed , then quoted the egregious price when they finally admitted it could be done. Window works gave us what we wanted ( that couldn’t be done) and installed it for significantly less with a high quality, great looking French window and install. In addition we now have an invisible screen to boot. Not just a standard screen. Great job guys! Thank you!

I chose Window Works to replace all the windows in my house because they provided a competitive quote. They replaced every window with a complete sash and frame. I was able to pick from any of the five windows in the Andersen range. Although there was a three-month wait after placing the order, the work was completed in a reasonable time, and I am very happy with the results.

My wife and I decided to finally get all new windows. I had worked with Jeff on a few other small jobs at our house and knew he was very good. He demanded great work from his team. Also, Jeff and I had a very good rapport always talking about our kids and his grandkids and I knew that he was just a great guy. I almost looked at Jeff as if he was my big brother looking out for my best interests.Since it was such a big job for all new windows at our house, I decided just to shop around a little bit first. In the end, Jeff’s price was very fair and again I knew the work would be great so I had window works do our project. I called the team that did our project the “dream team” like in the Olympic basketball team. They were outstanding and also great guys. I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

Window Works is a real find! Jeff and Justin were very helpful throughout the whole process of planning and installing multiple windows and doors. It took a little while to get the project started but the wait was well worth it. The crew is very knowledgeable and hardworking. They really care about the final product. We had trouble with one door lock and Jeff followed up with the manufacturer of the door, making sure that the lock was replaced and working properly. Highest rating for all.

Jeff and his team make buying replacement windows easy! We gave him the original window 'serial number' and measurements, and they did the rest; knew just what we needed and offered suggestions on the installation. They know windows (and doors!)... I wouldn't go anywhere else.
