The staff was absolutely excellent, if you're looking to have a very large venue, the room we used I don't feel was big enough. And we had about seventy five people. I don't know how much it was per plate.However, the food was above average.In fact, it was quite good.The salmon was excellent, the chicken was great. nd I don't know about the steak that was served. Well worth your time to investigate for a future event.

My daughter got married on 10/24/25 and we cannot be happier with everything about Windows on the Lake. From the moment we signed the contract it was a wonderful dealing with them. Danielle was great helping us with all the details leading up to the wedding and everyone loved the food and the MC/DJ. We couldn't have asked for a better experience between the Maitre'd and the bridal attendant taking care of all our needs throughout the day and night. I would 100% recommend Windows on the Lake to anyone having a wedding or event in the future. Thank you again for making my daughter and son-in-laws wedding a beautiful event they will remember forever!

Recently attended a wedding here. The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly, bathrooms very clean. When we arrived the Valet service greeted us kindly. We had just arrived from out of state and needed to attend to tying ties and such and the Valets accommodated our needs. The cocktail hour had great food out on the patio, though the wedding I attended was large and it felt a bit crowded. The line for the bar was rather long as well. Aside from that it was a nice environment. Once inside the hall was spacious and set up nicely. The food was good and table service attentive. My only complaint... and it may have nothing to do with the venue was the Music and DJ and Bass was way too loud for the space. So much so, I and several guests had a headache from it. All in all is was a nice place. When we left the Valet service again was very nice and wished us safe home.

Was looking for venues for my 2027 wedding with my fiancé and this place was suggested to us. However as a business owner I always like to look at the reviews, positive or negative to see who I’ll be working with. Seeing how the owner or whoever is in charge of marketing handle the negative reviews has upset me as it was very unprofessional. Very defensive and attacking multiple people and giving attitude. Made me realize that if anything went wrong with ours, same thing would happen. I suggest hiring a professional marketing personnel as saying “latino people should not be hired” or “nobody told you to do that” in a comment back to customers is disgusting !

The owner has asked for reasons for my 3 star review... I attended a fundraiser here. The parking couldn't accommodate the number of attendees. I'm glad I was able to get there early enough to find a parking spot. Steps everywhere- step up here, step down there. Inside it was hot! The indoor patio was hot. But what was worse was the ballroom where we were packed like sardines with no air circulation. The staff had difficulty maneuvering past seats to serve food. The staff was cordial. The food was good. Overall this place is fair.
