Good engineer - but the office bloke or owner is a bully
Dave was great - fixed it. There was confusion over price, as he quickly fixed a door when on site, but next mentioned a cost and this lead to a very unpleasant experience with his boss. "We are coming in hour to undo the work", when informed that the agressive behaviour was unacceptable the reply was "Nothing is acceptable when it comes to paying". Nasty little man who could have handled it totally differently at got the sam outcome, as there was confusion from both sides - including his team.

Was getting worried that couldn't find a company able to repair my door. Got either ignored by request for quote or given strange conditions like pay up before job is done. So when Rehan responded quickly to my call, felt relieved. Even better they came quickly to check the issue and were able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable price! So a big thank you to Rehan and Dave who have been so professional and helpful. Highly recommended 👌

Having called Window Fixers with a seized patio door locking mechanism, they had someone round in a couple of hours. All repaired within 30mins with no hard sell for extra products and replacement panels (I had that from an established company).
Great service. Will use them again and recommend to others.

Excellent service, communication was flawless and very professional not to mention punctual. Both windows had a bad draft and gap. They knew exactly what was needed and within a few hours as per the day agreed the job was complete to an amazing standard which is just what I needed.
