They did a great job. My installers were Shawn Chris and Brock. They cleaned up after the job. Took their time and made sure that everything was right. Took me around afterwards and showed me everything and showed me how to used the windows and made sure I was happy with everything! And I am!
My whole experience with Window Depot has been amazing. From sales to finish. I had a nightmare with Home Depot getting my new sliding door replaced. I called Window Depot and instant appointment. Picked my door and just had it installed. Chris, Sean and Ryan were the best! They had my new door in fast, and it looks amazing. I am shocked had how good the quality is. The installation is so well done. They were knowledgeable and showed me all its special features. Just so impressed. Thank you so much and I will be using you in the future and telling everyone I know too also.
We had a great experience using Window Depot after some of our windows suffered damage after the storm that blew through St. Louis in early March. Brent Varner was great about walking us through all our options. The installation team was absolutely great. Chris Beelek, Sean Manofsky, and Ryan Horn were professional and their work was top tier. Would highly recommended this company for your window needs.
Window Depot was great to work with. I only had to have 1 window replaced due to storm damage but I will definitely use them in the future for my other windows and sliding doors. Chris, Sean and Ryan did a great job with the install and made sure to everything was cleaned up once they were done.
The worst
The most unprofessional, incompetent, and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with.
The first window that was screwed in was not level. My father said "The window is not level." The worker kept screwing in the window. My father again said "Sir did you hear me, the window is not level. Do you have a leveler?" The worker responded, "Do you want to do this job?" The other worker then brought a leveler. A little later, I asked if one of the windows had a scratch on it. The worker said, “I don’t clean windows.” The workers then discover that the wrong windows were ordered for the bedroom and bathroom.
Three weeks later a worker comes to re-install the bathroom and bedroom windows. One of the windows was missing a latch and the workmanship was very sloppy as he was working out of his trunk and street to fix the windows.
When I called the boss and told him about my experiences he said he would "take me out to sort this all out." Absolutely appalled by this company and its staff.

Quality and efficient
Steve and his crew replaced 13 windows in my home yesterday. He and his crew arrived early asked several questions and then proceeded to perform a job that was both efficient and high quality. After the install Steve made sure that I was happy with the finished product and that I was aware of the various features of my windows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered a new window on 8/22/2022 and expressed that I wanted the replacement window to look the same as the original window. I was told you wouldn't be able to tell that the window was replaced when they were finished. The salesman (Chris) took the order and a 50% deposit was paid on 8/29/2022. The window was installed on 11/3/2022 and it was the wrong window and the installers did not clean up after themselves. A couple of days later, the office called me to collect the remaining balance. I explained that I figured they were not finished considering the window did not look the same and the mess was left. The lady called me back later and told me they installed the window that I signed for. Obviously, a consumer would not have any way to know that the window on the order was not the correct one. I did not appreciate that response at all. We went back and forth several times and they ordered the "correct" window. On 5/4/2023, we were scheduled for the install of the new window and no one showed up. On 5/25/2023 the install was scheduled to be done again. The window, again was not correct. The grids were not visible from the outside of the home which was the original issue. On 5/31/2023 I spoke with the owner and he said he would get back to me. Later, a girl from the office called and said they would take $500 off of the balance and would order exterior grids for the window and get those installed. I paid the balance and seven months later have never heard from them. There has been ZERO follow up since they got their money. Additionally, if they had just ordered (and installed) the grids the first time the window would not have had to be replaced again. Overall, I have been very unhappy with this company. You would have thought that this would have been on their radar to follow through considering all of the issues from the start, but once they got their money, they neglected to follow up on anything. Very disappointing.
The salesman, Chris was great. He was a determining factor in going with window depot. Once the process started to move forward, it went down hill fast. They rescheduled 3 times for our measurements. Then Bob assured us a color would match our dark trim. We were told we would get a sample piece dropped off to us. That did not happen. Everytime I called about it, they blamed it on terrible shipping. I then went into the office in colombus and brought a piece of my trim to match and it was a completely different color. Which Bob assured would match.I finally reached out to Chris and he made sure we got a sample to be able to match to our trim. Took a year to get our windows installed.
The install went terribly. The caulk jobs were awful and they even lost a nut to my front porch light that they took off and tried to hide it with black electrical tape. Hardware for the windows were uneven. So i contacted bob and he said they will order a new sash. I have not received or heard from them about the sash. This review is 3 months after my install and I now have a stress Crack in one of my windows. I have left numerous voicemails, sent email, and have texted the number provided. I have not gotten one reply. I will be taking legal action and contacting Better Business Bereau. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I HIGHLY REGRET IT MYSELF.
This company does not deserve any stars. They were supposed to remodel a bathroom. The contract was signed in February and payment of over $9,000. They were scheduled to do a final measurement in July. The didn’t come nor did they call. We’ve gone to their location several times and it appears abandoned. No one answers the phone. They just seem to take customers money. Be prepared to get an attorney if you use them.

The guys did a great job on the installation of my windows, they look great. I have one that has a stress crack and needs replaced. I've been waiting for 6 months now but it's still on order?! I don't understand why it's taking so long and for a replacement window to be installed. I've called a couple times for an update on the status and the answer is always the same, "it's still on order". Very frustrating.

I'm supposed to be having them install some exterior doors.
Met with them on October 5th, it took them over two weeks to schedule a measurement when I was told it could be scheduled the next day.
They also said they'd call every two weeks with an update on the lead time. No response. Called almost every day last week. I'm told that "Bob" is always out of the office and will be calling me back. He never does.
They're leaving me in the dark and it's kinda disappointing, the initial consultation went so well. I want the work done, and I get that there are lead times. But it's unprofessional to ignore follow-up calls and emails.

I have pulled the call log and seen that we have spoken to you over fourteen times and that number does not include the times we have spoken to your mother whom we did provide an update to just this week. I do not see any emails, if you would like to email us, please use our info@windowdepotcolumbusga.com. I do apologize for our Production Manager not calling you back, he has been out in the field, however he would have just told you exactly what the office staff stated to you. As you were told by the office staff your doors are on order and in production with the manufacturer. The timeline given and signed by you with your contract on 10/8/2022 states the lead times for our custom doors are 12-15 weeks after contract and deposit are approved with a disclaimer of *Due to current supply, transportation, and labor issues, estimated timelines may vary by an additional 30-60 days. Unfortunately, we have no control over the manufacturing process and have no say in how quickly your custom doors are made. We are working diligently with the manufacturer to get your doors in as soon as possible and as always, we strive to ensure that each of our customers is satisfied with any project we complete. I am sure that once we get your doors in you will be satisfied with them.
Matt and William did a fantastic job on my windows one the guys even put my blinds back up at the windows. The overall work was great my home looks like a brand new home
