He is dishonest and severely overcharged me for a mere $10 part. I live locally and he charged me $130 to put in a $10 part. Buyer beware. He has many 1 star reviews ...not just mine. Bad vibe from this guy Never using this company again.

It’s to bad that you gave me a 1 star review! A total lie! I never have sold A “$10” part. And if you go on my website and read the dozen’s of 5 star reviews about how honest I am and how reasonable my prices are (there are lower “scam” companies out there that are dishonest and overcharge)I’m not one of them!!

I was not very impressed with Bob…I wanted to suggest he retire since he didn’t seem too happy about unclogging my cloths washer…I helped him when I could and got called a ‘good girl’ for my efforts…I get that he doesn’t realize just how demeaning that is but he really should stop that type of patronizing with women! When the washer clogged up again I felt like I was fighting with words to have him come back. He tells me he will be here in 3 more days at certain times and then I get a call that I have been pushed back for refrigerator jobs and he is not sure if he will be here today or tomorrow. My kitchen is filled with all the stuff from the laundry room area, I have wet cloths in tubs now for 3 days and we are out of underwear! I cancelled him and will never call again!

Bob has been to my house numerous times, revitalizing and repairing a variety of appliances including my gas range, gas dryer and dishwasher. Each time he was prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. Bob was also able to give advice on repairs or replacement options each time. Most recently, he was even able to advise me over the phone, on basic a DIY diagnostic test that fixed my issue and saved me a house visit. I will not hesitate to call Windmill the next time I need home service.

Windmill Appliances came in to fix our KitchenAid oven - the dad and daughter duo were able to diagnose and treat the issue with 100% confidence. Their fees are extremely reasonable. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any of your appliances needs.

Had reason to call Bob about a leaking dishwasher. He diagnosed the issue over the phone, provided advice on what the repair cost would be, recommended where to go to buy a new one as the repair including parts was going to almost as much and new one, and then did an amazing job of installing the new one. He was meticulous about the details both on the phone and more so in person. I’d recommend him to anyone in the Grimsby area that needs an appliance looked at. Fantastic service!

Thanks for the 5 star review Helen! I do work on some issues with Samsung refrigerators but Samsung cannot solve the issue of ice building up in their ice makers. So I told you over the phone without a service call how to fix your problem

Awesome same day service!! My elderly Mother had her fridge "die" and she was beside herself! I call Windmill Appliance at 9am and left a message and within 1.5 hours He called and said He would be right over and fit us in as refrigerators are top priority. What a pleasant knowledgeable man! By 12pm He diagnosed the fridge, had the part available and the fridge was back up and running!! My Mom was so pleased! She was convinced She was going to be spending $2000 on a fridge today! Would highly recommend Windmill Appliance Service!
