This place is the best!!!The receptionists are extremely helpful and accommodating!!Ben Lahouti ( Physiotherapist) is one of the best I’ve have the good fortune to be one of his patience. He is very caring , knowledgeable and very professional!The results of my therapy sessions have bought phenomenal improvement and excellent results!!

My experience was met by friendly staff at the front but I found the appointments to often start late, for me the treatments were ineffective and expensive. The chiropractor and physiotherapist clearly did not communicate about my treatments so one didn't know what the other had done. Most of my physio was done by a trainee with no billing difference. On a side note I was told that chiro adjustments would help with headaches , yet my headaches got far worse after treaments here (possible coincidence but definitely no improvement for me).
needless to say I went elsewhere to find successful solutions.

Just started goings to Wilson’s for lower back pain a few months ago . Alex is a great chiropractor , treated my back and I am back at 100 % . They are all friendly and nice there and always greeted with a smile when I arrive . Thanks Alex and all who work there for everything .

Don’t give your credit card information to them.
I booked a appointment for massage first time, i told at time of appointment that give reminder by text or email, they fail to give me reminder but deduct 120 dollar for not showing up charges from my credit card instead of insurence.
Worst experience in my life poor service
I came to use my benefits from insurence and you charged me on credit card.

I’m sorry to hear that you are disappointed in our customer service. We pride ourselves in offering great support to all of our patients. Our 24 hour massage cancellation policy requires a credit card on file for the reasons that we explained to you over the phone when you booked your appointment. This policy is in place in order to respect our massage therapists time as they are independent contractors and do not get paid if their patients do not show as well as it doesn’t allow for them to book another patient in the time slot. You cancelled your appointment 5 minutes before with the excuse of not receiving an email reminder. However, our software has given us a date and time stamp that the email was sent. Over and above that, our front desk staff provided you with a confirmation phone call as it is also our policy for all new massage appointments.
You mention above that we did not charge your insurance, instead we charged your credit card. If you would have come for your scheduled massage, we would have been happy to charge your insurance. However, since you did not receive treatment, we are unable to do that as it would be considered fraud. We are happy to give you a receipt for the no show fee and you can submit to your insurance to see if they will reimburse you for the fee.

Worst Worst Worst !! Zero flexibility in terms of people getting even 5-10mins late. Not recommending at all.
